Purchased suspension system for my motorcycle. Ordered last week. Shipping was delayed as the spring setup was not meant for my weight. All was resolved via email and received the suspension today. What a phenomenal experience dealing with Genial Motor. The product was perfect, matched the description and fit on my motorcycle exactly based on the model they advertised for. Purchased wave disc rotors for my Duke 390. Got them at a good price and great delivery. This was my first purchase from them. Except for the delay in shipment by customs. Due to price difference as transaction was done in usd but invoice in Euros. Hope they can issue the invoice in the same currency as the transaction.
Other than that I'm happy with the way the team supported during the issue . And the product was a perfect fit on my bike. Will surely do more purchase from them.

I purchase the hp corse exhaust and the central lift for my Aprilia. Fast international shipping got the item a few days after being shipped out from italy to chicago. Great service. I am in America and ordered an item, the following day I received notification that my package shipped and would be arriving much earlier then expected. We can't get some Brembo products in the US without paying a heavy premium. It is nice to see a retailer providing a good product at a fair price.
