A fantastic dinner, such a joy to see a thriving family business.
Food was delicious. Meet was cooked perfectly and the olives were the best we ever tried in the region. Come hungry to leave space for a dessert, their semifreddo is a masterpiece.
Many cute animals live in the farm, goats, dogs, ponies. If you arrive before dark you can enjoy meeting them.

A fantastic farmhouse type place with an incredible carpaccio and fatty juicy roast goat. A great option for those staying in Vieste. You can make a reservation by messaging them from facebook.

Recommended by other friends, we went there and we remained astonished by the kindness of the people inside and the exquisite food. Super!

Welcoming, Delicious, Romantic
The farm is well worth the extra kilometers into the hills. Not only does the family welcome you with a smile, their story and a visit to their cheese grotto, but the animals too come to say hello when you approach their pens.
The farm sourced menu is particularly genuine and very Garganico. Try the prosciutto di capra as well as their home produced and aged cheeses.
The restaurant has three rooms one large and family oriented and two smaller ones that follow. You’ll find a romantic corner at table n. 1 near a window and the fireplace.
Views of Vieste from above and over the Adriatic surround the hilltop.
This is a must for non touristy down home Pugliese fare.

Amazing "Masseria" on the hills over Vieste. Family owned since generations. The owner takes the time to greet every single table and explains in detail what is available.
High quality food from the farm directly to your plate. We shared a few dishes, among others grilled boar and an amazing pasta with artichokes.

Una straordinaria scoperta.
Partiamo dalla location che è superlativa. Una bella masseria arredata con gusto e con degli esterni bellissimi.
Partiamo dallo staff con la proprietaria gentilissima e molto premurosa. Servizio attento e cortese ma non invadente.
Il menu non è vastissimo ma propone pietanze sicuramente degne di nota con prodotti di prima scelta e di loro produzione. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e al nostro arrivo ci sono state portate delle olive fatte in casa veramente buone. Ottima e pregiata la scelta dei vini. Veniamo alla nostra cena (eravamo in due):
Antipasti: un tagliere di formaggi (che era abbondante quasi per due) ed un carpaccio. I formaggi erano buonissimi con 6 tipi di formaggio diverso....dai teneri, al caciocavallo, agli stagionati...accompagnati da un miele buonissimo ed una mostarda di limone fatta in casa. Voto 10 e lode. Il carpaccio squisito, tenero ed accompagnato da uno squisito condimento. Un 10 con lode anche qui.
Poi abbiamo preso per secondo costolette di agnello alla griglia e cuore di costata. Anche qui carne tenerissima e cottura ottima (se devo proprio trovargli un difetto le costarelle erano leggermente troppo sapide di condimento)...ma stiamo parlando di altissima qualità.
Poi ho preso un contorno di peperoni verdi a friggitello veramente buoni.
Circa le porzioni alla fine ho fatto fatica a finire una delle costarelle perché ero veramente sazio e soddisfatto.
Come vino ho scelto un susumaniello IGP biologico veramente veramente buono.
Per finire un caffè della moka e due liquori fatti in casa.
In totale abbiamo pagato 134 euro. Prezzo assolutamente in linea con la location, il servizio, il cibo è il vino.
Ho anche acquistato una lattina di olio da 5 litri da loro prodotto che avevo assaggiato durante la cena ed era veramente squisito per un prezzo di 12 euro al litro (basso visto i prezzi in giro di quest'anno dell'olio).
Assolutamente da consigliare e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Esperienza meravigliosa, direi una delle più belle: posto incantevole, pulito e curato, atmosfera tipica, personale esperto, gentile e competente. Servizio con tempi di consegna dei piatti perfetto considerando che fanno tutto sul momento. Pietanze buonissime e ricercate nel gusto e nell’estetica. Assolutamente da provare se si vuole fare un’esperienza diversa dai soliti ristoranti.
