Il Pampaleone Glamping & Resort

Our stay at Pampaleone for four nights at the end of June was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest hospitality by the staff, who made us feel like part of their family. Their genuine care and friendliness were evident in every interaction, making our experience truly special.

The resort’s pool by the sea was a standout feature. The view of the sea from the pool was breathtaking, and we loved spending our afternoons soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful ambiance.

We were pleasantly surprised by the on-site pizza place, which quickly became our go-to for meals. The pizzas were rustic and delicious, with a perfect blend of flavors that made each bite a treat. Local Sicilians (including myself) were truly impressed. It was clear that the chef took pride in their work, using fresh, local ingredients to create their mouthwatering dishes.

Our tent came with everything we needed including a shower, kitchenette, double bed, sofa and small wardrobe - although we didn’t spend too long there during the day as the pool was too enticing! The accommodations were simple yet comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made our stay cozy and enjoyable. Waking up to the sounds of nature and the fresh, crisp air was definitely a refreshing escape from our routine.

What truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and were always ready with a friendly smile or helpful suggestion. Their personal touch and dedication to making our stay enjoyable were the highlights of our trip.

If you are looking for an affordable yet complete and comfortable experience staying in rural Sicily between the volcano and the sea this is the place for you!

It's a small and cosy camping in the middle of nowhere, but good located for excursions to the Etna or Taormina. There is really nothing around, especially no beach. You do need a car for sure. The tent we rented was spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately full of ants. Even the beds were covered in ants - fortunately we're not so fussy. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we had to wash our laundry, we were offered to do it for free, super nice!
The pool area was great but the best and most surprising part of this camping is it's pizzeria. We tried different kinds of pizza over the days and they all were absolutely amazing. Nothing you would expect on this little campsite. Expecially this pistachio calzone I had was something I will remember for the rest of my life - seriously.

We are having such a nice time at this camp! So sad we have to leave in two days!

Mobile homes are great, and stuff is super helpfull to give you everything you need and provide you information about how to get where and what is the best things to visit while there.

We are here with 3 yo and 1 yo, and even if you decide to just stay poot, camp's pool is really amazing and such a great place for your kids to actually start swimming.

Would love to come back some time!

Much more than a camping: Pampa Leone is directly by the sea and has both options for camping, glamping and there’s even mobile homes. We Slept in a safari tent which one one of the best experiences ever. plenty of space and very airy. Pampa Leone is very quiet, the pool is huge and our girls had a crush on the young pool boy. There’s a small pizzeria on site which is really good. Everything is very clean and looked after. Actually most of the facilities looked brand new. We’ll come again!

Il posto è incantevole a picco sul mare con due piscine meravigliose alberi secolari e un bel prato per i posti tenda e camper noi abbiamo preso una casetta dotata di tutti i comfort aria condizionata bagno privato completo di bidet i materassi super confortevoli letti apparecchiati in dotazione le tovaglie per ogni ospite viso telo doccia ospite e telo piscina mai trovati da nessuna parte di solito in Europa le casette hanno solo le stoviglie da cucina io ho trovato il sapone per le mani e anche la carta igienica. La cucina ha tutto quello che serve tutto nuovo di zecca perché il glamping è stato ristrutturato quest'anno
La gentilezza e la professionalità dei proprietari è davvero squisita la scelta dei materiali è armonica e di qualità ci siamo davvero riposati e rilassati ottima la pizzeria pizza squisita ottimo impasto e ingredienti di qualità.
Penso proprio che ritorneremo consigliatissimo.

Il Glamping Pampaleone è uno splendido Camping Glamour ad Pozzillo ( frazione di Acireale ). Con tanto verde, tutto ancora in via di sviluppo perché hanno aperto ( anzi ripristinato ) tutto da pochi mesi. Le casette sono stupende con aria condizionata e tanto spazio esterno e interno. Le tende sono anche più belle per chi ha la voglia di una vacanza più “selvaggia “. I proprietari sono gentili, disponibili, educati, e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. 5 stelle meritatissime.

Do 5 stelle al Pampaleone perché è un luogo che ci ha regalato un week end speciale, siamo stati sereni e ci siamo rilassati tantissimo,lontani dalla frenetica vita di città.
Il luogo è organizzato bene, abbiamo alloggiato presso una casetta mobile, l'abbiamo trovata pulita e molto accogliente. Il personale con cui ci siamo interfacciati in questi giorni è stato sempre disponibile, super cortese e ci hanno fatti sentire a casa. Il responsabile in particolare, Guglielmo, è venuto a presentarsi apposta, mostrandosi disponibile per ogni eventualità, ed è stato un gesto che abbiamo molto apprezzato. È presente una zona piscina con lettini e ombrelloni di cui è possibile usufruire, è molto grande, sempre pulitissima e ad una temperatura ottimale. Vi sono un bar/gastronomia e una pizzeria in cui abbiamo mangiato benissimo con una vista stupenda sul mare. Anche qui il personale super gentile e molto efficiente. Un esperienza eccellente!

Le case mobili nuove, sono dotate di tutti i comfort.
La piscina è molto più grande di quello che sembra in foto.
Bar, Pizzeria e Boutique interna.
Molte zone sono ancora da completare, ma non disturbano affatto un soggiorno straordinario, tra la quiete e a un passo da luoghi meravigliosi, come Aci Trezza.

Ho soggiornato in piazzola con Caravan. Ottima location, ben alberata, mantenuta e pulita. L'area camping è locata in una zona ancora poco servita da fontanelle ma abbiamo saputo che sono in itinere lavori di ampliamento servizi.
Bellissima la piscina, ottima la pizzeria.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni ,scrivo la recensione mentre sto andando via con molta tristezza ,il pampaleone è un posto meraviglioso con personale gentile ed educato ,in mezzo alla natura,la cenerà vulcanica lo caratterizza,il mare ,la piscina bellissimi e siamo rimasti felici della casetta mobile che abbiamo trovato pulita e profumata .
Sicuramente ritorneremo!!!
Lo straconsiglio

Un posto incantevole, con casette di legno immerse nel verde, nuove belle e funzionali. La struttura si trova sul mare e offre anche una bellissima piscina con acqua di mare. Personale gentile ed accogliente in tutte le aree. Buona la pizza e il ristorante

Un camping où l on se sent comme chez soi. Très bon accueil , tout le monde est à nos petits soins. Les personnes à l acceuil parlent français et dont de très bon conseils pour les promenades
Nous sommes restés 7 nuits avec notre caravane, emplacents ombragés sous les eucalyptus.
La piscine est très belle et la pizzeria très bonne .
N hesitez pas à y faire une halte . Je recommande ++

Es un camping que creo que funcionó en los 80 del pasado siglo, que fue clausurado y que está siendo ahora recuperado con mucho gusto. Cuenta con bungalows y Glampings nuevos, con una espectacular piscina con vistas al mar, con un bar en el que se pueden degustar típicos platos italianos y con una pequeña tienda de moda y complementos. Tranquilo y situado en un enclave privilegiado. Junto al Etna, Catania, el bellísimo pueblo de Taormina y a apenas una hora de distancia de Siracusa. Junto al mar y con acceso directo a una pequeña cala de piedra (aunque en este momento está siendo adaptada para su uso). Está gestionado y atendido por gente súper amable que se preocupa cada día por los planes que vas a hacer y te hace recomendaciones estupendas. Cuando las actuales obras de mejora acaben, será un lugar perfecto .

Posto ideale dove passare le proprie vacanze estive per alcuni giorni, enorme piscina con vista mare e vasca idromassaggio molto grande, camere molto pulite e fornite di tutto, a pochi passi si può scendere al mare sempre dal camping e bar e pizzeria ottimi e cordiali

Posto delizioso, pulito e tranquillo con vista mare,ma il mare non è accessibile. Piscina nuova. Io ho pernottato con il camper. I posti camper sono ombreggiati grazie agli alberi. Le casette viste da fuori sono carine. I bagni sono datati sicuramente da ristrutturare e non c era l'acqua calda nelle docce. Ottima la piazza. Gentilissimi i ragazzi della reception compreso il titolare.
