I don’t speak Italian and they didn’t speak English as I was on a trip. The service they gave me was A+ and saved my trip. I know they were closed and still didn’t hesitate to help me.
I tried giving a tip and he refused, perfect Italian hospitality.

We are on holiday and we ran into an issue with our tire. We don’t speak Italian or know the area. We were on our way out of town and quite panicked of what to do. We found this shop by where we were staying and pulled up without reservation. They helped us immediately, even though we found out that were actually closed. They didn’t need to help us but did anyways, for that we are so grateful of these kind strangers! They met us with such kindness and compassion , even though we had a language barrier. Thank you so much!!

Sabato mattina, ci si è accesa la spia del motore del veicolo; abbiamo chiamato per una diagnosi obd, persona incredibilmente gentile e cordiale ma soprattutto molto onesta. Consiglio veramente.

Chiamare in officina alle 13 di sabato con la macchina ferma a 60 km di distanza e sentirsi dire "salgo in macchina e arrivo subito" non ha prezzo. Sono cose che vanno ben oltre la serietà e la professionalità.
