Noi Cuoche: Pasta school

During my visit to Assisi, I attended a pasta-making class at Noi Cuoche. The class was approximately two hours long and offered hands-on instruction in preparing several types of pasta, including ravioli and fettuccine. The instructor at Noi Cuoche provided clear and easy-to-follow guidance, which made the experience accessible even for those without prior cooking experience. After making the pasta, participants had the opportunity to cook and enjoy their creations on-site, which was a great way to conclude the session.
