An absolute gem.
You get served local red wine from barrels at €3 a glass and sit out on cushions on the steps outside.
A great place to people watch.
Friendly service and great tunes - obe night it was greatest hits of Depeche Mode.
For some reason in Google it is also listed as 'Quella della Vineria'.
Highly Highly recommended.

The best spot to drink cheap yet very good wine by the glass & people watch on Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Only 3 Euro a glass! Fun atmosphere & loaded with locals in the evening. A small snack accompanies your drinks. Don’t be surprised when your chilled Grillo white is nabbed from the fridge & poured from a large plastic water bottle, that’s the good stuff! Cin Cin!

Recommended to me by a local for its cheap wine and good vibes, it's definitely got both of those! The owner is French, and will ask a few questions to get a feeling for which wine is for you - must like Olivander in HP ;) It was €3 a glass which is great for such a tailored experience. The place looked like the most inviting on the whole road!

The ideal place for enjoying excellent yet affordable wine by the glass while people-watching on Corso Vittorio Emanuele. At just 3 Euros per glass, it's a fantastic deal! The vibrant atmosphere draws in locals especially in the evenings, offering a lively experience.

This place is so good. It's run by a few people who just want to have some fun. The wine and beer are so nice, local and cheap. The staff (a group of friends) are very cordial, and friendly. We had a great time drinking. It's not a table/bar setting so if you're looking for comfortable seating and a wide menu, don't go there. This is to sit on the street on stands/cushions and talk about everything.

Small space, great wine and amazing view

Such a great night at Jean-Carlos’!! All the wines & liquors are local and of exceptional quality, and we met many wonderful locals and guests and made friends! Definitely a highlight of my trip in Sicily

Great bulk wine shop around the corner from my apartment - great wine by the glass at a low cost...referred to as "The Office" by the local sailors who congregate at night for a lively social evening scene. Family friendly

This was a lovely, quaint wine bar that we went to after dinner in the restaurant (also great) opposite. A lovely atmosphere with great service and prices, and lovely wine. I would recommend!

Excellent little wine bar. Friendly staff and patrons, lively when the locals come in for conversation. Inexpensive, delicious, sidewalk seating (on cushions) makes for great people watching.

Not only are there great wines here, but one can become an observer and part of the lively street. We have been coming here every night since we found this place and it has always been one of the highlights of the day.
