Rifugio Pian della Regina

Fantastic start-point location to undergo hiking in the Monviso natural park area. There are several hiking trails. The easiest way to get a full view of Monviso peak is to walk along serpentine road leading to the hut straight opposite to Monviso mountain range across the valley. We parked next to the refugio for free,as at the moment of our arrival, the hotel was closed.

Yet this place is for ski 🎿 and this restaurant makes you warm while having chocolata calda yet the furniture itself is really amazing I love wooden carved

Amazing view of the alps with lots of small streams of water dripping out of the mountains. We went on the first day of march and it wasn't that cold and not too much snow either. There's a small restaurant if you need meal or a snack. Parking might get hard to find as the season arrives.

The polenta in the evening is even better than the lunch Polenta. Small but nice rooms, clean bathroom and huge showers. The staff was very friendly and also breakfast was more than enough and good with home made Müsli and joghurt

Spotless perfection. Splendid service. Kind staff. Brilliant views. This place is a gem. Can't wait to go back in the winter; it is worth every penny and the food is rivalled only by the cozines.

You can have a coffee or wine with a great view of magestic Monviso~

Very nice place. The hot chocolate is the best idea for a post hike treatment ! I really recommend it !

We’ve been coming here for a few years now our favorite place in the Po Valley for Aperitivo, Lunch, Dinner and sleeping absolute fabulous views of Viso. They are so close to Monviso Even in cloudy weather you can see the mountain

Polenta molto gustosa e personale cordiale

Nearly always stop off here after a hike in Valle Po. Amazing location with wonderful views, friendly staff and delicious cakes. Haven't tried the restaurant yet.

Superb refuge and restaurant

Pas testé l' hôtel ; pour le reste, c'est tout bon ! Cuisine maison, produits locaux, service en self,au plateau. Quantité XXL ! Parking facile . Tout le monde est très sympathique et on discute vite avec eux. Le paysage ? Venez voir !!!!
