Linearis Holiday House Casa vacanze

The place was perfect for our needs. We wanted somewhere peaceful, quiet, and close to the different towns we wanted to visit in Tuscany. We stayed in Apartment D. It was lovely and comfortable, with lots of information from the owner. All we needed for a self-catering accommodation was provided. This place is highly recommended.

Beautiful place of heaven in the heart of Tuscany. The best accomodation I have ever stayed. Calm, well equipped, colourful flowers and green plants everywhere, amazing view. Highly recommended! 🔝☺

We stayed here for 5 nights in the beginning of August, we loved how the view that we had from our private terrace. The apartment was very spacious, good temperature inside and very clean. They followed the COVID guidelines well, which made it a comfortable stay. The staff is super friendly and their olive oil is delicious (we also had some free oil and wine in the room when we arrived). It is a great location to discover Tuscany, the nearby city Pogibonsi is not really of intrest but you can easily discover many other villages or vineyards around. Definitely recommend going here!

We spent here 5 nights from our tuscan roadtrip, the house is beautiful, really nice old farm houses that were acurately and modern renovated and renewed, super nice and caring host, perfect pool and garden, perfectly cleaned and great Covid measures,
Location in Linaris is nice and the global location in Tuscany is also great for day trips to Firence, San Gimignano or Siena,
The closer surrounding, i.e. Poggobonsi, we didnt like at all, ugly industrial city with huge traffic issues,
But still, all in all, perfect an beautiful agroturismo. We definetly recommend a stay here!

One of the best place in Tuscany where you can spend your sine holiday, San Gimignano 12km, Šířka cca 25km, Firenze cca 40km. Kind staff, very clear appartments, nice quiet place with pool. We are back here after 5 years and very satisfied again.

Great property and host. No fans in a lot of rooms do gets a bit hot. But excellent location.. Very peaceful yet 5min drive from most places

Rustikale Wohnanlage oberhalb von Poggibonsi, mit toskanatypischer Anfahrt. Schön und sauber und mit supernetter Chefin. Auch Papa Chefin ist jeden Tag dabei und sorgt sich um den Swimmingpool. Schöner Blick über die Landschaft. (Poggibonsi ist nicht zu sehen- das ist gut) Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und haben den Swimmingpool gerne genutzt. Preis geht angesichts des ordentlichen Zustands und des lieben Service in Ordnung. Kann man empfehlen!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni all’interno di uno degli appartamenti di questa bellissima struttura immersa nel verde delle colline toscane. Sono stati dei giorni dove ci è sembrato di tornare indietro nel tempo e anche se il clima era per lo più grigio e piovoso, ci siamo riposati e rilassati godendoci la tranquillità di questo posto. L’appartamento è arredato in modo rustico, uno stile che ben si adatta alla location. Al nostro arrivo tutto era perfettamente in ordine e super super pulito. L’appartamento è fornito di tutti i comfort anche per chi volesse cucinarsi qualcosa. Esternamente vi è una piscina che sicuramente in estate è un plus. La posizione e ottima perché permette di essere isolati ma allo stesso tempo vicini ad alcune delle più importanti mete turistiche toscane (Firenze, Siena, San Giminiano, Volterra). Katia è stata un host davvero molto cordiale e disponibile. Se in futuro programmeremo di tornare in Toscana, sicuramente alloggeremo nuovamente qui.

Ho ospitato degli architetti albanesi che hanno definito l'ospitalità ricevuta, i servizi ricevuti e l'appartamento vissuto perfetti.

Sono stati 10 giorni bellissimi nel vostro agriturismo. L‘appartamento era bello grande e pulito. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e verremo molto volentieri in una prossima vacanza. La piscina era bella grande e dopo ogni bel viaggio che abbiamo fatto (Firenze, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Viareggio, Bolgheri ecc.) era bello farsi un tuffo. Anche la cucina era spaziosa e abbiamo cucinato spesso. I proprietari dell‘agriturismo erano sempre disponibili e molto simpatici. Grazie mille per tutto quanto. Carissimi saluti e un abbraccio forte!

Superbe endroit reposant et calme

Appartement bien équipé,on arrive et on peut profiter tout de suite. Il y a un petit kit d accueil (huile, vin, liquide vaisselle etc) offert et très pratique.

Katia,la propriétaire, est disponible et très gentille.

L'huile d'olive produite sur place est excellente.

La piscine est de bonne taille.

Emplacement géographique parfait. On est proche de tout: Sienne, Florence, San Gimignano, Monteregionni, Volterra etc ..

Eine rustikale Ferienanlage mit neun Wohneinheiten, davon wird eine von den Eigentümern selbst bewohnt. Auf dem weitläufigen Gelände ist ein Kinderspielplatz vorhanden. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Pool, mit genügend Plastikliegen. Die ruhige Anlage befindet sich inmitten Olivenhainen und Weinreben, wovon Olivenöl und Wein, aus eigener Herstellung, käuflich erworben werden kann.
Lecker!😋 Die Ausstattung der Küche ist von einfacher Qualität, jedoch alles reichlich vorhanden. Die 2 Bäder sind neuwertig. Die Schlafzimmer komfortabel und mit Mückengittern ausgestattet.

C'est notre meilleur appartement à date. Les hôtes sont accueillants et nous ont même préparé une liste de vignobles à découvrir dans les environs. Ils nous ont aussi offert leur vin et huile d'olive maison.
Les appartements sont très bien maintenus tout en gardant un cachet Toscan typique. Ils sont les mieux équipés pour se faire à manger, propres et confortables.

Je recommande cet endroit paradisiaque et trois nuits ce n'est pas suffisant!!

Des vacances magnifiques dans un beau cadre. Situation idéale pour visiter la Toscane. Logement très bien et bien entretenu et bien pourvu en accessoires. Piscine parfaite. Que du +++

Wir haben leider nur zwei Nächte in der Ferienanlage Linearis verbracht (im Apartment C) - wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.
Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich, wohnt auf der Anlage und ist daher immer erreichbar.
Der Pool ist schön erfrischend, mit gepflegtem Garten drumherum.
Jede Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang und eigene Gartenmöbel.
Alle Fenster der Wohnungen haben Mückennetze.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (für Italien untypisch, gibt es sogar einen Wasserkocher und Toaster).
Das WLAN in der Wohnung und im eigenen Gartenbereich lief einwandfrei.
Um die Anlage drumherum sind Weinhänge und Olivenhaine - besonders das hauseigene Olivenöl war superlecker und wir haben daher gleich eine Flasche mitgenommen.
Die Straße zur Anlage führt zum Teil recht steil hinauf, aber wenn man es einmal gemacht hat, ist es auch kein Problem mehr.

Toskana pur. Appartments geschmackvoll perfekt. Tolle Ausichtslage. Sehr guter 🍷aus eigenem Anbau. Location zum Auspannen
einige empfehlenswerte Restaurants in der Nähe. (einfach Besitzerin fragen, unbedingt
vorab reservieren)
Komme gerne wieder aber mit Farben,Pinsel und Leinwand.
