The most beautiful hotel in Assisi! The view was genuinely breathtaking and the location of the hotel is really central, a few steps from the San Francesco monastery. Excellent services and atmosphere, our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very attentive which added to our amazing overall experience. Highly recommended for a comfortable and luxurious stay to explore Assisi and the surroundings.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We hosted our first night of pre wedding celebrations here, having booked the bar room and the entire outdoor balcony overlooking the valley. We had an open bar with drink tickets and a beautiful spread of finger food that was absolutely delicious. Very attentive and lovely staff and the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous.

The panoramic view from the terrace and from the rooms is breathtaking. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is absolutely wonderful, the food, the service, the staff, are all great.

The rooms look dated but other than that, it was a great hotel for the price. The service was excellent, the staff here are very nice which made the hotel stay pleasant. The room was clean also. The breakfast is extra charge of 15 euros per person.

Overall, our family had a wonderful time at the special hotel. We experienced the spa, which was very pleasant, we had a couple massages, which were outstanding from Mirlanda. And specifically, Roland was outstanding as luggage assistant, local recommendation, concierge, all of the above. The dining experience was outstanding, the food was very good, and the bar terrace and there waders were superb. Breakfast was outstanding.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views from their rooms in the back and from their bar. The bar was a great place to relax after a day visiting Assisi, with quick service and good drinks. It has an outside seating area where you can enjoy the beautiful weather. Rooms were nice (no AC though), and the breakfast buffet was great with lots of options and lots of attendants keeping everything refilled.

Usually, everyone speaks about the hotel. Always, I commend the staff.
Top in the list is the Reception. They are the face and voice of the business, the first impression. Bianca is efficiency and friendliness personified. She even offered us tour tips when she learned we had scheduled one day in Perugia. My wife being so OC with a pressed dress, Bianca lent us the iron/and board every night. And she charged our phone also each night - because we were among the travelers of that unusual day when 20 thousand luggage were not loaded (I will not mention the airline).
Roman, like the typical Mother Teresa of Albania, is very friendly and always with a smile. He brought our luggage to our room.
And I need to mention Nicola, always with a smile.
House Keeping always normally remain nameless because the come in the room when the guests are out, but they kept our room - every day - made up with fresh towels. Grateful to them.
Elena at breakfast and the other ladies also deserve mention, and the team during dinner. Especially Jovanna.

I have to sum it up by….AMAZING! Probably our favourite town, experience, food, and accommodations in Italy! Staff were great; room was over-the-top (we booked a room with a terrace! So worth it!). Spent 3 nights and could have stayed longer.

Wonderful staff, very professional and welcoming. Room was lovely with a nice on suite bath. Perfect location, a very short walk from the bus stop via the train station. Breakfast was excellent. We had a lovely dinner on the terrace restaurant - food was delicious and priced well.
I look forward to a next trip to Assisi.

Very clean, and service is great! Beautiful hotel. Definitely staying here when/if i can come back to Assisi. Our bartender Francesco was excellent and we appreciated his attention to detail and hospitality.

Lovely old-fashioned hotel. Beautiful terrace room overlooking the valley. Simply stunning. Excellent breakfast.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night but when we go back to Assisi this will be the place we will stay. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the dining room they made us feel like we were the only guests that mattered. Typical Italian hotel room but the view was outstanding. I can't say enough about this place. They exemplify Italian friendliness.

Excellent hotel. Friendly service, beautiful views, gorgeous rooms. We are a family of 5 with small children and the hotel have us two connecting rooms with a jaw dropping terrace. Breakfast is worth the extra and so is the spa area. I highly recommend staying here!

We happened to find this nice Hotel on the web when looking for a hotel in Assisi. We liked the look of of this Hotel with welcoming, friendly, staff located in the Main Street. Well we were just delighted with our choice. On our arrival we were warmly greeted by a delightful friendly staff and soon settled in. our room was clean and very comfortable...the bathroom clean and view with old Italian houses.
That night we had the best sleep on the bed. just mould around your body. It really made it difficult to getup the next morning as we were so comfortable.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Right from the start our correspondence with the hotel was quick and efficient. Our questions and requests were soon answered. We were genuinely sad to say goodbye to the friendly, helpful staff.
