Marilia Tuscany Suites Apartments

This is our second time we stayed at Marilia. We love the place, we feel at home there and will be coming back again.

We had a lovely holiday, all of the staff are so friendly and helpful! Spotless, well fitted out apartments and a fantastic pool. The only downside was it was a little further out of Livorno than I expected - but that was down to my poor research!

Stayed here last year. We had one of the larger apartments, and we liked it very much. Not perfect planned, but ok. Pool not size for swimming, but clean. We found several nice places for bathing on the seaside. It was a bit far to the local bus. Borrowed their freee bicycles some days. A small shopping-center a few hundred meters away. With restaurants. Next time in Livorno we rather stay here instead of in the town.

The staff is VERY helpful, I‘ve got a flat tire at the very first day of check-in, the guys helped me out and recommended the car service👍👍👍 our apartment on the 5th floor has a magnificent partial sea view and fir trees 🌳😍, contains all what‘s necessary, clean and comfy🏡

Very pleasant place where to stay. friendly and helpful staff. Easy and safe parking. Swimming pool. Shopping center 5 minutes walk- Marilia shopping center. Can recommend you to stay here if you are going to vacation or business trip. We will come back , it is 100% sure :)

Ask for the hotel manager Mr. Massimiliano, he is a type- James Bond suppervillian of another dimension, only he's a good guy and adjusts your stay to your accomodation, and fixes any challenge you might throw.

The hotel garages have EV-car charging which makes your EV-car Italy-vacation a simple breeze as Italy does -not- have alot of EV-car charging infrastructure. In short our whole car-vacation to Italy depended on being able to charge where we stayed.

The rooms are like small apartments, good space and large terasses, alot better than just a normal hotel-room, and cheaper/more service than renting an actual apartment privately.

We had a great and relaxing week at Marilia Tuscany Apartment. Our flat was very conformable and packed with all the amenities needed, and with a much loved huge balcony with a great view. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful any time we need help and advice. The location is great too, just a short walk from the seaside, very close supermarkets for everyday shopping, and just 15mins ride by bus from the town centre. Very nice place. Excellent stuff. Good room service. Only one so sad- the swimming pool is opening too late and close too early.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay there, facilities are top notch and very courteous cleaners and staff at the reception. I was there for 3 months. No complaints whatsoever.

Great hotel at a great price, very friendly and helpful staff that made checking in and out a breeze.

Consigliatissimo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Alloggi nuovi e dotati di tutti gli elettrodomestici e comfort. Piscina molto pulita.

Unico disservizio che si e' presentato piu volte e' stato l'ascensore che si e' guastato per raggiungere il 5 piano ,ma fortunatamente ,abbiamo sopperito al problema con un'ascensore alternativo scendendo a piedi al terzo piano evitando 5 piani a piedi e facendone solamente 2 grazie al consiglio della receptions.
Ottimo tutto il resto compreso piscina con zona relax e idromassaggio .
I bagnini della piscina attenti e disponibili oltre al fatto che hanno sempre fatto rispettare le regole del silenzio .
Torneremo ancora.
