Decò Maxistore

We were so happy to learn of the opening of the Decò Maxistore in Telese, as we'd been clients at their Caiazzo store. Tentatively we wondered if the new store would live up to our expectations and this morning we went to the new Telese store. Yes, there is plenty of free and safe parking and the store itself is clean and bright, the produce is fresh, as are the meats and deli bar and the shelves are full of every item one might need. But why do we recommend you go out of your way to shop at this store?...The difference is, each and every employee greeted me with a "buongiorno" and smiling eyes (proof of the smiles behind there masks). The entire staff make you feel very welcome, as they are happy you chose to spend time in their store. Other stores sometimes treat the customer as if we are interrupting their day...but not here. The 5 employees I spoke to (looking for particular items, selecting my fish and my produce, and renewing my shopper's card) were each very patient as I spoke in my "broken" Italian, which we super appreciate. There are many choices when it comes to supermarkets in our area and they all carry the same items at similar prices, more or less. Why do we recommend this Decò? Simply put, the employees. They are the best!

Io ci vado sempre mi trovo bene .anche se ha cambiato le pizze congelate. Quelle che prendevo prima per me erano ottime.personale attento e cortese e poi ha l'opzione 10 % di sconto per gli over 65 il giovedì . Non poco per chi ha pensione bassa . Consiglio.

Bellissimo ed innovatissimo Supermercato, con un ulteriore fase di ampliamento per offrire ancora più servizi alla clientela. Personale sempre presente, affettuoso, cordiale e gentilezza di prim'ordine, complimenti.

Personale qualificato educato e cortese. Appena entri si sente il profumo di pulito a differenza di altri supermercati della zona, e' fornito di tutto,la salumeria è molto curata e soprattutto pulita.I proprietari ti mettono a loro agio con la loro

Decò Maxistore, beh che dire nulla di diverso dagli altri Maxi, personale e pulizia davvero ottima, peccato solo per gli aumenti dei prezzi dei singoli prodotti sugli scaffali
