We spent three nights at this extraordinary and sustainable place. If you are looking for some calmness and nature this is a perfect choice. Our highlight was the delicious dinner and above all the happy and friendly dogs. It is nice to see a place where animals live in peace (donkeys, black pigs, cows, goat, cats..). Hugo is a very kind host and he made us feel very welcome and at home. Grazie mille :)

Exactly what we were looking for; calm and remote area, rooms very clean and fresh, great food, amazing hospitality...tons of very friendly animals. Dinner experience with 11 courses of local dishes, especially liked the black pork salami. Very reasonable price. 10 stars. Thank you Ugo! Grazie!

We had a great time staying at Tedone Consolini. The food is great, the accommodation is lovely and the staff were all great. Will be keeping an eye on this place when we next visit Italy; this place will undoubtedly become very popular in the future as tourism picks up in the area.

EN The recently renewed location is very welcoming and surrounded from the natural landscape of the Murge plateau, the ideal place for all those who want to enjoy tranquility, peace and a marvelous sky full of stars. The owners (and their beautiful dogs) were from the very beginning friendly and helpful and they surprised us with their cusine, exquisite and refined. We tasted the typical local dishes, prepared carefully using the products, which result from the farming and livestock holdings of this modest estate. It’s so heartwarming to see such a couple of young people motivated to work professionally in order to value their land and to put at ease the guests. Great price-quality ratio.

DE Die neu renovierte Location ist sehr gemütlich, die Atmosphäre anheimelnd und die natürliche Landschaft der „Murge“ Hochebene rasant: zusammengefasst der perfekte Ort, um Ruhe und einen wunderbaren gestirnten Himmel zu genießen. Die Besitzer (und ihre schönen Hunde) waren vom Anfang an sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und sie überraschten uns mit traditionellen raffinierten Delikatessen. Wir schmeckten köstliche, charakteristische Gerichte, die mit den natürlichen Boden- und Tierzuchterzeugnissen des Landgutes vorbereitet wurden. Es ist nur so toll, so ein junges Paar zu sehen, das professionell und mit Motivation arbeitet, um sein Gebiet aufzuwerten und den Gästen ein gutes Gefühl zu vermitteln. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

IT La location ristrutturata di recente è accogliente e immersa nella natura dell’altopiano delle Murge, il luogo ideale per chi desidera godersi tranquillità, pace e un magnifico cielo stellato. I proprietari (e i loro bellissimi cani) sono stati fin da subito molto ospitali e disponibili e ci hanno deliziato con la loro cucina prelibata e ricercata. Abbiamo gustato le specialità locali, preparate con cura a partire dai frutti della produzione agricola e dell’allevamento della tenuta, la cui genuinità e bontà esalta il sapore di ogni piatto. È bello vedere persone giovani motivate a lavorare con professionalità per valorizzare la loro terra e mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

A haven for nature lovers! Had the most wonderful stay at Ugo’s farmhouse. Away from the hustle n bustle yet strategically close to Castel del Monte and other touristic locations.

Clean, comfortable and spacey apartments, great attention to detail and hospitality. Hot water heated using wood so forget about leaving a carbon footprint!

My favorite part of the experience was the starlit dinner in front of the characteristic trullo prepared with simple local ingredients. Produce and meat right from the farm, jams & preserves made on site, local wine and bread, not to mention the salami made by Ugo himself. You can taste the love and passion that the owner puts into every little detail.

A great place to relax and get back to the basic pleasures of life — can’t wait to go back for a longer stay!

Amazingly delicious food all home grown. washed down with a carafe of local vino.
Rooms are exceptional clean and spacious with a kitchenette with a large fridge freezer.beds are really comfortable.

Perfect place for a retreat! The place is prepared and specialised for large events and dinners, but Ugo gives everything to make each single guest feeling welcomed and at home. Lots of details show a carefully bridge between modernity and authentity. Often are farmhouses just a place in the nature and pretend with a dog, a cat and maybe a horse to cuddle a picture of land life. But here on the Masseria of Ugo and his wife is the nature and the animals not only a zoo but a real part of the life cycle. To cuddle are only the about 10 dogs. They are playful and careful to guests and among themselves. I am rather afraid of dogs, but here I could enjoy them close, warming our feets in the evening sun. The other animals... see the pictures... are rare examples of the regional traditions and the product of it. The cows are from the bred of Podolica, a race which is specially from the area south of Foggia and their meet is even listed by SLOW FOOD. The cheese and milk will be available from next year and then I look forward to enjoy the 'caciocavallo di Podolica'. The sheep cheese is made from the same hands as the delicious butter and was very nice with a confit of Mulberry. The wife of Ugo is a great Chef and creative using all their products in a high level but still dedicated to the heart of the products. The only point I would recommend to improve is the win side. The quality can not keep up with the rest of the products. From Tetra Pack and for this very expensive. Why not having a small selection of organic wines from the region, then the price and pleasure would be aline. But that's a detail. I am sure Ugo and his wife will continue to develop the place with passion, hospitality and love as they do today. Thank you so much for the friendly, delicious and joyful time with you.

Wooooow... so full. I thought it will never end. When i came it was 1 menu meal and we had antipasto, cheese, pasta, meat, saucissage, fruits and cake.. Never been so full in my life. We started at 1h30 and just finish at 5h00pm. Food is tasty, excellent, I truly recommand it.

La Tenuta Tedone Consolini è stata una scoperta sorprendente, un autentico angolo di paradiso immerso nella quiete della zona Murgiana, a Ruvo di Puglia. Appena arrivati, si respira subito un’atmosfera genuina e rustica, perfettamente in sintonia con la bellezza della natura circostante. Nonostante il percorso per raggiungerla richieda di attraversare strade periferiche e sentieri nascosti, questo la rende ancora più speciale, come un piccolo tesoro nascosto da scoprire.

Abbiamo cenato in compagnia di amici e sin dal primo assaggio siamo rimasti conquistati dai sapori autentici e dalla freschezza dei prodotti, tutti rigorosamente a km zero. Ogni piatto raccontava una storia di passione per la terra e rispetto per la tradizione, con ingredienti coltivati a pochi metri dal ristorante stesso. La qualità delle materie prime, unite alla maestria nella preparazione, hanno reso ogni portata un'esperienza indimenticabile. Non da meno la storia delle strepitose pientanze raccontata dal titolare Ugo.

L'ospitalità e il calore del personale hanno reso la serata ancora più piacevole, facendoci sentire subito a casa. La Tenuta Tedone Consolini non è solo un ristorante, ma un vero e proprio viaggio nei sapori della Murgia, dove l’autenticità e il rispetto per la natura sono protagonisti. Sicuramente un luogo dove torneremo presto! Perché ogni esperienza deve essere "viaggiamagusta".

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, questo è l’unico difetto del posto, che prima poi bisogna andare via, devo assolutamente ritornarci. Totale immersione nella natura, possibilità di visitare la fattoria, tutto quello che si mangia è prodotto da loro, simpaticissimi e bellissimi i cani.

Tenuta stupenda, anche di sera. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e siamo stati coccolati dall'inizio alla fine della serata. Servizio ottimo e professionale. Cibo locale di ottima qualità e quantità perfette. Non vedo l'ora di ritornare di giorno per godermi il panorama e l'aria fresca.

Questa masseria è stata davvero una piacevole scoperta che consiglio a tutti di fare.
Bellissima, innanzitutto, la tenuta immersa nel verde del parco nazionale della Murgia, luogo ideale per sfuggire al caos della città e godere qualche ora in totale relax.
Abbiamo avuto il piacere di gustare il pranzo domenicale, per poi passare il pomeriggio nelle meravigliose panchine presenti all'ombra del verde rigoglioso.
Il cibo è di una genuinità non facilmente riscontrabile ovunque, tutto rigorosamente a km 0, salumi e formaggi autoprodotti, materie prime eccezionali del territorio sapientemente lavorate e utilizzate per preparare ottimi piatti.
Assolutamente ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo!
Ambiente rustico raffinato e molto pulito.
In questo posto non manca davvero nulla, una menzione speciale anche per la simpatia e la cortesia del titolare Ugo e di tutto il servizio sala.

Incuriositi dalle recensioni positive, mio marito ed io, oggi abbiamo deciso di recarci a pranzo presso l'agriturismo.

Le nostre aspettative sono state ampiamente confermate e superate:
. Location incantevole immersa nel parco dell'Alta Murgia;
. Cibo sublime con una particolare attenzione verso la stagionalità dei prodotti che la terra offre;
. Servizio puntuale, preciso e attento soprattutto in merito ad allergie o intolleranze alimentari (io personalmente avendo un intolleranza a glutine e lattosio sono stata accontentata in tutte le portate).

Che dire, correte a prenotare.. non ve ne pentirete!!!

Il ristorante è stata una vera sorpresa. La qualità del cibo è indiscutibile, le lavorazioni dello chef lo rendono una gradevolissima esperienza. Complimenti per la gestione familiare e per i prodotti offerti.

Dovevamo soggiornare in questo posto una sola notte per il nostro giro della Puglia, invece alla fine ci siamo lasciati trascinare da un pomeriggio in giro nella fattoria ed un ottima cena con i prodotti locali e autoprodotti.

Immersi nel verde e fuori dalla confusione. Da Ugo siamo stati davvero bene, pranzo di livello, prezzi più che giusti. Servizio attento e molto cortese, davvero difficile trovare una nota stonata in questo pranzo. Antipasti abbondanti e ricercati, tra cui meritano una menzione speciale il lonzino di produzione propria, il pecorino con la marmellata di gelsi, il flan di melanzane e pomodori secchi ed anche l'arancino di riso con zucchine e maialino nero. Primo delizioso, un piatto di Maritati al ragù di cinghiale e secondi a base di carne, nello specifico salsiccia e polpette di maialino nero. Conclusione degna del pranzo con una mousse di ricotta e croccantino sbriciolato. Consigliatissimo
