Begula Club Café Restaurant

We initially suspected this restaurant might be a tourist trap, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, drinks, and service. We each ordered a variation of a poke bowl - both of which were delicious. I ordered a Negroni as well which was 👌. Prices were slightly higher than other restaurants, but that is expected considering the location and we feel we got our money’s worth. Cover/service charge is the same as every other restaurant in town (1 euro/person).

The service was brilliant, the staff were really friendly and accomodating. We initially ordered some drinks and a bruschetta starter as it was a little early to order.

I ordered squid ink pasta with sea food which was nice. My partner ordered grilled octopus legs with cream potatoes which was a little dissappointing. It was a sea of potato soup with just 2 octopus legs and a slice of bread. For a second plate, we expected a little more meat, particularly with the prices they charge.

We decided not to stay for dessert, but would be happy to come back for drinks and bruschetta again.

Great vibe in beautiful historic location. Array of cocktails served with elegance. Our coolness scale went up 50% just sitting in this bar! ☺🍾

Came here after being ignored at the rude place next door! We were well looked after in a really pleasant atmosphere next to the bustling square.
The food was good and arrived promptly. Staff and other [local] customers were friendly and an all round lovely evening to round off our stay in Polignano.

Good place for a nice aperitif outside, works well for dinner as well. The food is really tasty, the most recommended is "frittura mista".

That was our first time in Polignano a Mare and I will definitely recommend Begula for every people. The whole atmosphere is amazing, not talking about the food, all of them was 10/10. Eugenio is the most kind hearted waiter, you can see how much adore his job and the whole place. Grazie mille Eugenio e il suo staff!!

Beautiful place and environment! Cocktails were done greatly and refreshing! Service was very good and prices were not as high as it would seem! (6€ for a mojito)

Probably the best restaurant in Polignano a mare. Very extensive menu, great drinks and wine. Staff very polite and professional. It's definitely not a tourist restaurant. Food amazing and very tasty. It's a must!

Great Bar After a long and extensive research I reckon that this excellent establishment does the best Negroni and Campari spritz in Polignano a mare.
