Best octopus sandwich. Delicious! The people were friendly and really explained their menu items. You don't have to worry about trying to speak Italian. These people are very versed in the English language and are very respectful people. The freshness of the food is a testament to their love for their culture. This place is a real hidden gem in Italy.

We loved this place so much that we went 3 times during our trip. The sandwiches were great and they had good gluten free options as well. Note that I am not a fan of cheese so I requested my puccia without it in the pics, but all their sandwiches have it.

The gluten free sandwiches are no joke, so good! They can make any sandwich on the gluten free bread. Definitely have to check out if you're in town!

I tried puccia with octopus, ruccola, tomato and mozarella. It was delicious. The bread was tasty, the herb gave this extra fresheness. I liked the octopus too, however there were more tentacles than meat. Still I think this place deserves 5 stars as it was one of the most delicious street food we've tried in the region.

I had to agree with other reviews, the octopus puccia is great indeed. The Aperol Spritz I've ordered had a bit of unusual taste, but it was okay. Really lively place and great staff.

Really tasty Puccia with a huge menu. We had an octopus puccia and a Parma ham puccia, each accompanied with burrata, tomatoes and rocket which we both enjoyed!

You cannot find this place quick enough! They also accommodate gluten free - and we all bought a second one to take away to reminisce after we leave the town. I’ll be dreaming of this place when back in Oz.

Great place for a quick snack. The fried octopus panini was very good, make sure you order it with everything to get the full experience. The only downside is that the place is packed and there is nowhere to sit down, they only have like three tiny tables outside, but you can just grab your spritz and food and go. Good place to try the local snacks.

The best sandwiches that we ate while in Puglia.
We managed to go a bit before closing time, but they were so nice to spend enough time to make us the delicious sandwiches with octopus (as the beautiful lady with blonde hair advised me - thank you!!! 🤌🏼💙)
As I said to them - number one is really number one. Go check these guys for sure when in polignano.

Been here every day of our stay. The service and the food is always 5 stars. I've had the Pucce sandwich with octopus and with the local ham, both are very tasty. Quality is consistent, very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable.

Lovely staff. And great fresh sandwiches. The octopus sandwich was delicious. Try to find a seat in the few tables the have, facing the main square.

Pucce with bresaola and mozzarella was perfect! The bread was a local treat. Grabbed a beer to go with the sandwich and sat for lunch on the limestone steps of a nearby church. Just perfect!

Puccia with mortadela was really good but the best was local sparkling white wine! We came back several times to grab it again 😀

I tried the Pane al polpo (octopus sandwich) and it was amazing. A bit pricey, but I highly recommended for the experience.
