A really lovely welcome at Aurelio’s family vineyard. Really interesting to hear the differences of wine growing in this region compared to others in Italy. Delicious wine and they happily catered to my gluten free diet with the nibbles we had as I am coeliac. Would highly recommend!

What an amazing find. We found this vineyard by accident and it was a great experience. They were able take us in with no reservations and provide us with a spectacular service. We had wine tasting with dinner. Food was delicious and homemade. The wine was smooth and pairing was great. Beautiful grounds. Would definitely visit again. Thank you for the amazing service

One of the BEST experiences we enjoyed during our vacation in Italy! Aurelio and Mamma Mia were absolutely wonderful. The tour of the winery, cooking class and dinner was spectacular. Put this on your must do list while you’re here in this region. You won’t be disappointed!

Our beautiful Italian family. We visited for a wine tasting and lunch experience and what an experience it was. Aurelio was knowledge and attentive and his wonderful Mama Maria cooked us a beautiful Risotto. We felt truly at home. Wine was fantastic, service impeccable. An absolute must.

Wow, wow, wow! We absolutely loved our cooking experience with the Basileo family! It was a rainy day in Amalfi and my husband and I were looking for things to do when we came across Basilio Vini winery, we reached out day-of for a cooking class and got a response immediately to come for a dinner class. The family is so welcoming and creates an intimate experience with just you and the family as they teach you to make a local dish while tasting their amazing family wines. Aurelio and his mother, Maria, taught us to make homemade pasta with a sauce of yellow tomatoes from their garden. Maria also made us a Buffalo mozzarella fried in the leaves of lemons from their garden, and insisted on us tasting their homemade limoncello! Aurelio was so knowledgeable and the family was truly a joy to spend the evening with! I loved the wine so much I shipped 6 bottles home to the US as well. Overall fantastic experience that I would highly recommend!

Easily the highlight of the holiday. Tucked away high in the mountains above the Amalfi coast and definitely worth the journey.

One of my favorite places to visit! Wine tasting and then a cooking class. Amalfi Coast Transfers set my first visit and when I return to Amalfi I must visit this vineyard.

What an amazing time. Myself and my wife went for a wine tasting and lunch. I’m not usually into wine, but my wife has wanted to do a tasting and tour of a vineyard for a long time. Aurelio is a fantastic and knowledgeable host who was great company and made the experience so authentic.

This is the most intimate greatest winery experience ever the hosts are amazing and the experience is once in a lifetime

My husband and I researched cooking classes and winery tours for hours when booking our tour in Southern Italy. We could not be happier with our wine tasting / vineyard tour/ and cooking class at Basileo in Tramonti. We had a private tour with the owner and his wonderful parents. We had the opportunity to see their vineyard, see how they made their wines, and make a delicious meal that we ate at the end. The wine is also excellent. Truly a wonderful and perfectly unique experience. I recommend also purchasing the wines. We purchased 2 bottles, and enjoyed during our stay in Positano (last pic.) Would 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful visit to Basileo vini and were very impressed by the hospitality we received as well as the quality of the wines. We visited with our 20 month old toddler and were warmly greeted by the owner Aurelio and his father when we arrived and welcomed in to visit their beautiful winery, which is over 4 generations old. We were very impressed by the beautiful wines they offered us to taste, all organic, biodynamic and hand harvested. They also offer cooking classes and food pairings which we would have loved to have had the opportunity to partake in if we had had more time! Overall a great experience and we hope to return one day!

Had a lovely time. Aurelio and his family were very accommodating, even when we came by unannounced. They use a fantastic all natural from ground to table process. I loved their wines, very unique and exquisite taste. Aurelio was very nice, as it was storming later on he insisted that we should stay at the house until is quieted down. Definitely a recommendation not only to see one of the oldest vineyards in the area and try their fantastic wines, but also for the warm Italian welcome!
