BAR e PIZZERIA - Pousada Cafè Michelino

An American friend of mine with Calabrian roots suggested I go here before swimming at Spiaggia de Michelino. I took the quick one stop train ride from Tropea, €1.90. This place is great and the people are very friendly. I had one of the most delicious pizzas I've ever had in Italy. They call It the Diavolo. It has spicy Calabrian sausage and nduja. Yum! Here's another great thing about this place and these people. My pizza order got lost. I wasn't upset in the least. I waited a while and asked about it. When the pizza came, they were very apologetic and brought me a complimentary draft beer! Classy. Lots of great outdoor seating in the shade. They play cool music. What more could you want on the Italian seaside? Bravo!

Great food, relaxed atmosphere, amazing view on the sea, good service. The Pousada Cafè was just a perfect place to stop before the beach for breakfast, after the beach for a rich aperitivo, in the evening for a cocktail or two. Stop there and you will never want to leave this place.

We had a really good experience! Very good service and everyone was really friendly. Good price for the food and different tasty alternatives. Nice view for the sunset. The music made good vibes too. Beautiful atmosphere. Big portions of food. If we could, we would absolutely go back 😍☀🍕👍🥰✨💃🏼⛵🗺

Very good place to look sunset, sweet Spritz Aperol🍸, very tasty cheese and tomato 🍅......and so good cold coffee cocktail ❤!!! If you will be at this part of Italy, Calabria, Parghelia you really need visit this BAR🤗👍🏽🌞🌴

If you want to spend relaxing time with amazing view on the sea and drink wine or eat calabrian snacks this is place for you.

After a long day at the beach, we hiked our way back to the top & stopped in at BAR e PIZZERIA - Pousada Cafè Michelino for a drink. It was the perfect place for a drink & the staff were so friendly. The Aperol Spritz's & pizza were jsut perfect! Would definitely recommend coming here

A really nice, relaxed place with a lounge-like area, hammocks, pergola and gorgeous sea view. Friendly service, good pizza, excellent house wine (July 2022). Strongly recommended if you want to chill out somewhere for a couple of hours/a day.

Amazing place with good parking and access to beach. Very nice pizza and food, ice cream and also just chill place to hangout and grab food, a siesta in the shadow o a bath in the pool.

Very nice and cozy place where resting, eating and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We have been very friendly welcomed and everything worked smoothly during our stop there!!! 🤗

We visited it only once for take away pizza and beer, but I kinda regret that we did not have time to go once again and try one of their cocktails. The pizza was good, the service really kind!
