Delicious food that tasted quite fresh. Quite a few vegetarian options. Much better than any other restaurant we ate at in Pitigliano or Sorano. The tiramisu was a little different. The lady fingers were dry and not soaked but still very tasty.

This is not so much a review as an anticipation of eating here. My wife and I will be staying in this historic, beautiful castle-turned-hotel in September of 2023! Our excitement cannot be contained in a few lines! Out of three nights here, we plan to eat here twice. Amazing-looking cuisine, and we have had such friendly contact with the hotel staff. Table for two in September, please!

Abbiamo trascorso due fantastiche serate in questo piccolo gioiello all' interno della fortezza di Sorano, location a dir poco unica: cortile della fortezza a dominare il borgo, al tramonto è uno spettacolo! Molto interessante il concetto del locale: un incrocio tra una vinoteca con possibilità di gustare piatti della tradizione con un tocco di modernità e un ristorante, prodotti a k0 (ottimi pici e ravioli fatti in casa) e molto interessante la carta dei vini, il personale è gentile, attento, disponibile, musica di sottofondo perfetta.Assolutamente consigliato!

Ich habe im Restaurant des Hotels zu Abend gegessen (Juni 2022). Die bruschette und das Kaninchen im Speckmantel waren sehr gut.

Die Location ist an einem warmen Sommerabend einfach hinreißend, man sitzt im kleinen Innenhof der Festung.

Vermutlich gibt es das "Enoristrò" als solches nicht mehr und es handelt sich jetzt schlicht um das namenlose Restaurant des Hotels?
Die hier angegebene Telefonnummer ist jedenfalls die des Hotels und Externe (Nicht-Hotelgäste) können über die Rezeption buchen, sofern die Tische nicht komplett für Hotelgäste benötigt werden.

Das Restaurant bietet nur für Gäste des Hotels zum Abendessen ein Drei-Gänge-Menü für 27 € an, was angesichts der Qualität sehr preiswert ist. Auch sonst schienen mir die Preise in Ordnung zu sein.

Schön ist, dass auch höherwertige Weine im Glas angeboten werden. Dafür sind die Preise im Glas meiner Einschätzung nach aber recht teuer.
