Greatest experience ever! Got to have an amazing meal and all the staff are super friendly and welcoming! The experience starts from the sec you arrive and nothing beats Meeting Dario! The energy this man has is incredible! Highly recommended!

Tremendous tasting menu in Italy provided by Dario. A must when in Tuscany. Food was exceptional.

By chef's table visited this place with the big question 'is it a hype or not'. We were truly blown away by the delicious food. You sit all together at a long table, where the shared dining principle is in effect. Mega fun and highly recommended.

Lovely atmosphere here and excellent food. We had the luck to meet Dario himself, although it was Grant, the Scotsman that made our experience truly special!
The meat dishes were all incredible, so hard to choose a favourite, local wine was lovely and a simple olive oil cake for dessert. A memorable lunch.

Echt een aanrader!! Mooi dat er al 8 generaties lang wordt getracht zoveel mogelijk van een dier te kunnen eten. Voor ons was het leerzaam dat je zoveel 'onderdelen' van een koe kan gebruiken in meerdere gerechten! Een tip aan jullie die hem willen bezoeken: eet niet teveel van tevoren, je krijgt meer dan voldoende. Niet twijfelen, reserveren!

Un locale sui generis, nel quale la regina è la carne alla brace. Questa viene approvvigionata dalla prospicente Antica Macelleria Cecchini (stesso proprietario). Abbiamo optato per un menu che comprendeva un'eccellente e abbondante tagliata di manzo, degli ottimi ceci conditi con un altrettanto buon olio d'oliva, uno straordinario dolce all'olio, del buon vino ed il caffè ... il tutto a 25 euro/persona! La carne può essere condita con una finissima polvere ottenuta da varie spezie (sale, timo, salvia, pepe verde, coriandolo, ginepro finocchio selvatico, rosmarino, alloro e lavanda). ... uno spettacolo!
Il personale è sempre stato gentile e professionale, anche nei momenti più affollati!

Ein fantastisches Erlebnis sich hier dem ‚CARNE DIEM‘-Motto hinzugeben. Ein äußerst schmackhaftes Menü wird angeboten, das alles beinhaltet, was man begehrt - vom Vino bis hin zum Kaffee - vom Gemüse-Dipp im würzigen Öl über ‚Fleischeslust‘ pur bis zum Küchelchem danach - alles in allem ein MUSS, wenn man in der Gegend ist! Sehr empfehlenswert. Natürlich lässt es sich Dario Cecchini selbst nicht nehmen, alle persönlich zu begrüßen!

Quando un turista viene in Italia sarebbe stupendo se trovasse tutto così, come da Dario Cecchini:
Location stupenda tra i vigneti del Chianti, un tocco moderno per rendere ancor più bello lo stile italiano, dei sorrisi enormi e tanta organizzazione. Denuncerò il SoloCiccia perché d'ora in poi non potrò più mangiare carne in giro, ma voglio davvero fare i complimenti a tutti.
Bellissimo il gesto da parte del Boss di venire a salutare i commensali tavolo per tavolo.

Als je in de buurt bent en fan van chefs table op Netflix moet je hier zeker naartoe. Wij hebben hier heerlijk gegeten van het meest simpele menu, ze bieden nog al wat menu's aan.
Wij hadden gekozen voor stoofvlees en 'Toscaanse Tonijn' (dit lijkt op een tonijnsalade maar wordt gemaakt van varkensvlees met een lekker glaasje Chianti erbij.

menù fisso a 25€ a testa con della carne spettacolare, un fiasco di vino a tavolo e un servizio accogliente. Vale la pena fermarsi.

...che dire...unico...dici Cecchini dici tutto...prenotazione obbligatoria ma se passi e sei in 2 e sei fortunato trovi posto e siediti subito non te ne pentirai...menù da 25 ottima scelta ed adeguato...poi fatti un giro nel negozio e se sei fortunato conosci anche il Dario!!!...da tornare
