Such a great welcoming place. We had troubles getting in contact with our host (only Italian speaking) from the hotel across and they helped us all the way until we had access to our room. Great cocktails and view as well!

What a wonderful finish to our stay in Matera! We were being picked up by a private driver for our transfer today and the accommodation in Matera was only accessible by stairs, so the driver suggested meeting in a cafe at the bottom of the stairs. We decided to roll down earlier and have breakfast at the cafe. We spent an hour and a half there. The owner, Eustachio, welcomed us and made us coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and bruschetta (all delicious!). And then he locked the café (so that our luggage was safe) and gave us a tour of the place, which had a fascinating history (a convent and church complex, built in 6th century, which his grandfather bought) and amazingly beautiful views from the terrace (where we couldn't sit because of the rain).
If we had discovered this place earlier, we would have eaten there every day. But I'm glad we at least found it today.

Really lovely place to spend time, the owner and staff are incredible people and the food is lovely! There's really nice wine, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I would suggest going. It's a great spot for lunch!

Bellissima location, un po' modernizzata ma ovviamente con una grandissima attenzione al preservare la storia. Il proprietario, il nipote del signore che lo aveva comprato, ci ha raccontato la storia di questa struttura originariamente chiesa o convento(non ricordo bene)😅
Bevuto un vino spettacolare così come il tagliere tipico. Bellissima la vista!

È un posticino super carino e romantico situato su un punto strategico dei sassi di Matera, da cui si può apprezzare la gravina e i suoi bellissimi colori, soprattutto al tramonto. Il personale è molto gentile, simpatico e accogliente. Lo consiglio!!

La storia del bar e della famiglia è molto affascinante, il cibo è ottimo, unica cosa se possibile inserirei nel menù un pò più di scelta

Posto eccezionale. Panorama unico, una calma preziosa e personale gentilissimo.

Avevamo deciso di fare un semplice aperitivo, poi il panorama ed il buon vino consigliatoci hanno fatto sì che rimanessimo per tutta la serata. Il proprietario ci ha fatto assaggiare diversi vini, gentile e disponibile, li abbiamo accompagnati ad un tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali. Serata molto piacevole ad un prezzo adeguato.

Vista sulla murgia spettacolare, i ragazzi che ci lavorano sono molto gentili, i prezzi sono nella norma, pensavo fossero più alti considerata la vista.

Il locale è molto bello e Antonio lo gestisce in maniera impeccabile!
