Sehr schöne Kirche mit Aussenanlage

Un tempo dedicata anche a santa Marta, questa chiesa - ben tenuta - è stata edificata nel primo decennio del 1700 in sostituzione di un'oratorio più antico (forse del 1400) ma anche di dimensioni più ridotte per il quale la popolazione di Bracchio aveva da tempo chiesto il passaggio a parrocchia.
A metà dell'800 ebbe un ulteriore ampliamento laterale con l'aggiunta delle due navate.
L'interno presenta affreschi assai recenti (del 1900) ma anche una tela del 1600 dipinta dal Reali e che raffigura san Rocco.
