Ivan is the perfect host for your vacation! He came by especially to meet us the day after we arrived and to welcome us. Very easy to contact on whatsapp and responsed immediately. Ivan all has some very nice restaurants recommended where u get some nice discounts via him.

Our accomodation was super nice and clean. Pool was cleaned everyday and everything on the property was perfect. Also very affordable price for this appartements. Would recommend! 10/10!

We spent several months on Sicily. We spent one month of this (November - December) in one of Ivan's apartments in Marina di Ragusa. Ivan is a wonderful host. He is always available and responds very quickly to questions and concerns. All in all, everything was very convincing and pleasant.
The apartment we chose (via Amalfi 86) was perfect for our needs. We didn't miss anything. The apartment has a beautiful outdoor area and is on the first floor. Perfect for us with two small children. The harbor is not far away. We felt very comfortable there.
Marina di Ragusa is a great place, beautiful beach, very clean and with a wonderful promenade (without cars) which is probably unique in Sicily.
Even in the low season, Marina di Ragusa is not deserted.
We can highly recommend a stay there and especially in one of Ivan's apartments. I think Ivan has a suitable offer for every taste and requirement and makes every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Rented for a month with friends. Very good location with sea view, beach, beachfront promenade, stores and restaurants are always near. Clean and comfortbale apartments with air conditioners, sofa and big table, kitchen ideally equipped for daily needs, cooking and eating at home. Wonderful balcony to have breakfast and enjoy holidays. And of course, Ivan is very caring and attentive host. I would come again for sure.

This beautiful apartment is super clean, comfortable, very modern style and is located in a quite area that was perfect for us to relax and enjoy our stay in the Marina di Ragusa.
We arrived by boat in the marina and the location is very close to the marina that made it easier for us to walk backward and forward.
Ivan the host was very friendly and he gave us some suggestion for good fish restaurants.
All rooms are equipped with air-condition that kept the rooms cool during our stay in very hot summer days.
All the windows and the sliding doors are with double glazed glass for good insulation and sound proofing, also they are equipped with electric louvers.
The kitchen is fully equipped for what you need for a holiday stay.
The bedrooms are comfortable and have nice furniture.
The apartment has a wide balcony, nice terrace, patio and crystal clean swimming pool.
Wifi signal was good and reachable from all over the apartment area.

I highly recommend this apartment that is fully equipped for a nice holiday in Ragusa.

Ivan was very helpful and friendly since the start. The place is lovely, really close to the beach and the house was clean. Towels were provided. Chairs and umbrelas for the beach as well, which we used everyday. Me, my partner and his parents have no complains about the house and definetly will come back again. A fantastic villa in Sicily. Plenty of room for the 10 of us with an amazing pool and sun deck.
Ivan, the host, was super helpful and stayed in communication with us all week providing advice, assistance when needed, and booked a great local restaurant for us all.
Marina di Ragusa is a lovely seaside town. The beach is a 25 minute walk from the villa. Taxis aren’t easy to get so we relied on the electric rental scooters dotted around the resort to get around.
We all had a great holiday!

We were here for 3 weeks and it was absolutely great. Thr apartmentsis well equipped and absolutely clean, just like the whole city. We traveled along the south coast and Marina di Ragusa turned out to be a cleaner place with the most beautiful beach, promenade and port. Ivan's apartment was great in Marina Di Ragusa! It was spotless, the pool was the cleanest I have ever been in and the balcony was lovely and spacious. Air conditioning was great, car is recommended for location and transport, definitely visit near by Ragusa Ilba, highlight of our stay. Ivan was attentive and always checking to see if we were okay. Would highly recommend.

I liked my holiday in Marina di Ragusa very much and one day I will definitely come back again. The places that Ivan offers to visitors have everything you need to enjoy your holiday and on top of that you have an excellent host which is really important. I know from my own experience what a bad host can do to your holiday. Ivan was very helpful and made big effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

WE LOVED LOVED LOVED staying in Marina di Ragusa at Via Molfetta 1, a house recommended by Ivan, an awesome person and a reliable, trustworthy and very organised host. We were there with our 1,7 years old son and my in-laws, we had everything we needed. Good useful kitchen, good beds, many many towels, for bathroom and beach, washer, everything was perfect. And the terrace - spectacular. I just wish we could have been there longer to make a barbecue.
Also, the beach is perfect for kids, and the water is warm with easy entrance and fine fine sand. Great coffee at Cafe de le Rose, a good beer, and we were golden!
We will surely be back and next time with all our friends and we will definitely call Ivan. Oh, and the best places where we ate, he recommended too. Not TripAdvisor. Ivan knows it all :)

The place DEL POSTO is one of the best apartment that I have been on my vacations. It has everything you can expect form an hotel with the comfort of a private apartment. The pool will make your vacation like a resort style!

We stay in Marina di Ragusa, villa Dolcefarniente. Location was by far the best place to stay with children. Our host Ivan is very present and he help us with evreything we need.
