Excellent place. The food was wonderful for everyone - meat / fish eaters and also vegetarians! It’s very clear that they select only the freshest local ingredients daily.

The staff was also very professional and friendly, giving lots of good recommendations for Praiano. This was some of the best hospitality we have experienced in Italy!

My husband and I went in without a reservation on a quiet night and had a wonderful time. Both of our dishes were amazing, as well as the homemade bread and limencello/tangerine liquor. The best part of our meal was the service - the staff was very attentive. Gennaro took the time to give us all kinds of advice about where to go and what to do during our time in and around Praiano, and even returned with a handwritten list for us. We would recommend this to anyone visiting Praiano.

One of the best dinners I have ever had. Wonderful atmosphere, open kitchen where you can see the chef working hard to make a delicious meal. The food was some of the best. Such a cozy little place and very friendly staff.

The food was absolutely stunning here and the staff were so kind. It was strangely quiet when we visited considering the food was some of the best we had. The red tuna tartare was a real stand out!

Wow what an experience. The food is soooo incredible. The menu is short because they change the menu every two weeks based on what is in the season. Staff is very friendly and helpful which makes the experience even better. Just order the whole menu when you come here ☺

We ate at Ciali Bistrot during our recent trip to Italy, and it was an outstanding meal! The restaurant has a great ambiance, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and food was absolutely delicious. Great wine selection as well. It's a small restaurant, so you know and can easily tell that they're taking the time to perfect everything for each of their customers. One of the best meals we had in Italy, if you're going to Praiano definitely put this on your list.

Came here with my family. The food, service and ambience was exceptional! The team made sure to take great care of us, explain all the dishes thoroughly and also give great recs for Praiano. All the dishes were fresh and prepared with love.

A delightful experience in a lovely, cozy space: perfection in every way! The superb menu changes daily--we devoured beef cheeks with linguine in a red sauce and pork chops on a bed of barley and fennel seeds and pepper cream. Service is impeccable and the servers friendly, from an open kitchen viewable by all, all with a spectacular sea view through two large sliding doors. The inside temperature was very comfortable in this deep heat! We could not have hoped for a better experience.

This was an amazing find on our trip to Praiano! Great service, great food, great atmosphere, and a view of the water. The swordfish was amazing! Small inside, so if you want to go a reservation can help!

Cialì Bistrot was our favorite meal in Praiano! The food is SO GOOD! Everything we ordered was amazing. The dishes are creative, use fresh ingredients, and are executed perfectly. The gnocchi was some of the best we’ve had in all of Italy!
It also a very nice dining experience. The service is top notch and you can really tell how passionate the owner is about his craft.

Our favorite dinner in Praiano! The restaurant is small but really welcoming and modern. The staff was exceptional. They seemed to really love sharing the story of the restaurant. You could tell they were passionate about the food. It was phenomenal. Different than anything we had anywhere in Italy with very unique flavors and obvious local ingredients. We will definitely visit again on our next trip!

When travelling Italy, my partner and I had our best experience of the whole trip here. Not only was the food incredible and the atmosphere beautiful, but the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and spoiled. They shared with us knowledge of Praiano and the surrounding towns, even going so far as to write a note recommending specific sights, experiences, and other restaurants to check out. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Pleasantly surprised with the food quality and service. The seafood was so fresh and presented well. I had the best scallops ever! Service was top notch. Recommended to dine at if you're in Praiano.

We had a great dinner. The staff took great care of us. The food is delicious and creative. After dinner try the homemade digestive drinks which include lemon cello, tangerine, blueberry and fennel flavours. Highly recommend this place.

Best diner experience of our whole trip in Italy. It was our last night in Praiano and we really enjoyed it. Very welcoming staff and friendly front of house. High Quality wine selection complementing the food which was of the highest standard we have tasted during our trip. Fresh, modern and very Well balanced. Everyone who is a foodie visiting Praiano should definitly not hestitate to book here!!!
