Dopo l’acquisto di un anello effettuato presso un altro punto vendita, mi sono recato a Cassina Rizzardi per richiederne una misura ridotta. Due aspetti mi hanno lasciato stupito: 1. Tempistiche incredibili (40 giorni lavorativi per un anello di una misura inferiore): ridicolo, un artigiano impiega la metà del tempo per costruirlo su misura;
2. La reazione dell’addetta al punto vendita, con totale mancanza di professionalità ed un sorriso beffardo nel comunicarmi le tempistiche. Non parliamo di pacchetti di patatine o oggetti di basso valore (parlo soprattutto in termine simbolico/affettivo e non solo economico): ridere in faccia ad un cliente sbeffeggiandolo è l’ultima delle reazioni che mi aspetterei.
