Absolutely amazing experience all thanks to Zandy! Was extremely patient and attentive. She took so much time helping me color match and suggest amazing quality products. Didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or pushed to make purchases at all, only helped me find the best version of what I needed. I must say, I spent much more money than I expected, and Zandy was so helpfull and gave me really good tips for skin care and makeup...so I think, Sephora you should keep this girl!

Had such a good experience here at this Sephora. Zandy was so helpful and had so much patience for me and my mom. She took time to help us colormatch and made us feel really welcome. I had such a great experience at this Sephora. My airline lost my luggage and the girls here helped me find replacements and even gave me samples and found a free makeup bag for me. They were so sweet and understanding. I think one of the girls was named Carolina but I’m so sorry if I’m misremembering. Xoxo

Con questa mia recensione voglio evidenziare l’esperienza molto soddisfacente avuta con un’addetta del punto vendita di Via Maqueda a Palermo, mi riferisco a Zandy, che oltre a consigliare mia figlia all’acquisto di un prodotto make-up, mi ha seguita e supportata nella scelta dei prodotti più adatti a me con molta empatia e professionalità, spiegandomi in modo chiaro e semplice ciò di cui avevo bisogno, senza tralasciare nessuno dettaglio.

Sono stata analizzata e successivamente consigliata nei miei acquisti da Andrea, una consulente gentile e molto preparata, pronta ad ascoltare chi ha davanti e a scegliere insieme i prodotti viso (eventualmente anche skincare, profumi e accessori trucco) con le migliori caratteristiche e nei toni più valorizzanti!
