Ho appena acquistato un paio di ciabatte
Mi è arrivato un modello differente da quello richiesto
Ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi è stato riferito che il modello è fuori produzione
Allora mi chiedo perché non lo togliete dal sito
Mi potevano informare in fase di spedizione del prodotto, invece nulla
Addirittura per chiedere il cambio mi addebitano 8 € e altre 8€ per la nuova spedizione.
