Fastweb Store

I was looking for Internet Service when I first arrived in Vicenza and received several options from my coworkers, but when researching their service, only 1 stood out above all, Fastweb. Now, it was a matter of who I could communicate my needs with, due to the lack of speaking Italian. That is where I took my chances in visiting the Fastweb in town, where is where I met Nina, one of the Reps. He not only greeted us respectfully, but also made every effort to communicate in English, thus having to Google Translate what I was trying to say. On top of that, when we found out that we were not going to have Internet service for almost two weeks, Nina was there to the rescue again. He lent us a WI-FI Pod to be able to access the Web, while we waited on the delivery of our Router. WOW! Nobody, but Nobody, would ever go to this extent to help a customer. The only thing I wish is that I was staying in country longer to be able to past by their store and thank them every single day for being such good people, which is far from what I could say for the rest of the Service Providers that I encountered during my stay in Italy, overall! Thank you Sir/Friend and Chow, Chow for now!

Customer service is excellent here and helpful to Americans who may only be able to speak English. Andrea, who works in the afternoon after 1500, was able to recommend the right plan for us, and help us to use our US based credit card for our home internet and mobile phones. She got us the right services and saved us money. Recommended to those that come from the States and need new service.

The shop is clearly visible, easily accessible by public or private transport. Parking not too far from the shop.
The shop is not too small, nut the offer is limited only to Fastweb products.

I have been very happy with the customer service through the Vicenza Fastweb store. From the very first day the staff were invested in resolving my problems and have always greeted me by name! I can tell the staff are always smiling even through their masks during the COVID-19 precautions. Without their services translating my English to the central office, I would have been completely lost. I highly recommend the Vicenza Fastweb office for English speaking customers.

Great service and great options for internet and phone. I bought a "saponetta" here, which is a small portable hotspot which works great for my apartment internet and for travelling. I top up periodically with my US credit card using the fastweb app. Everyone I have met working here has been helpful and didn't try to upsell anything.

Dove non arriva l'assistenza telefonica, arriva per fortuna il negozio! Gentilissimi e disponibili, mi hanno risolto in 10 minuti un problema che l'assistenza telefonica non mi ha risolto in un mese.

Ottima assistenza al cliente, Giorgia è stata molto disponibile e gentile supportandoci anche nel servizio da remoto. Ho consigliato questo negozio anche ad altre persone.

Entrare nel negozio FastWeb di Corso Fogazzaro a Vicenza, ai miei 60anni, è stato come fare un viaggio, dove non è importante solo la meta, ma il bello è stato il viaggio in se stesso. RINGRAZIO le "fanciulle" che mi hanno seguito per l'affidabilità, la serietà, la precisione e..anche se per ultimo ma non per ultimo, dato che per me anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte..la loro simpatia e bellezza. Sono adesso super collegato al mondo!

Un plauso a Giorgia! Trovare una ragazza così brava, gentile e disponibile fa veramente la differenza nello scegliere un negozio. Avevo acquistato una scheda online che purtroppo era smagnetizzata; risolvere il problema con l'assistenza online di fastweb si è verificata, letteralmente, un'odissea: hanno solo complicato le cose. Per fortuna ho trovato questo Fastweb Store; Giorgia si è davvero presa cura del problema e con pazienza e competenza l'ha risolto. Non ho pagato alcun costo aggiuntivo (chiesto invece da un altro store). Da ora in poi è il mio centro Fastweb di riferimento. Consigliatissimo!
