I had an excellent experience at the Apple Store. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through their wide range of products and providing insightful advice. This store is very efficient, friendly, and professional. I brought my USA iPhone 12 mini because Face ID was no longer working. They quickly confirmed that it was a hardware issue and because my phone was still under warranty, ordered me a new replacement phone from the states; it was in my hands five days later. This type of service, combined with top notch products keeps me in the Apple ecosystem. Thank you.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Genius staff at this store. When my phone was behaving strangely I made an appointment online, traveled to the store and two hours later the screen was replaced without charge. A wonderful experience, even more so because I am on the other side of the world from home, relying on my phone for everything. Although I speak no Italian, the technicians explained everything and were super polite. Thank you Apple Nave de Vero!

The screen of my MacBook stopped working. It was within warranty so I got it repaired free of charge. The staff were all super friendly and professional and the repair was done within a few hours. Couldn’t have been better!

Beautiful Apple shop in the center of the shipping mall. Here you can buy and repair every Apple products you need. The Apple staff is always prepared and ready to answer everything you ask for. The reparations take more or less 2 hours to be done if the decide has not big problems.

Shopping mall with electronics shops telecommunications shops, clothing lines and several cafes. The wifi is good you can surf as you window shop. The place is clean with sanitizer booth on the main entrance
