I wanted to share my experience at the Hermes store located in Milan Malpensa Airport. As soon as I entered, Ira warmly greeted me and my wife.
Ira took the time to understand what styles and items we were looking for. She then expertly guided us around the well-organized boutique, highlighting different collections. It was clear that Ira has extensive knowledge of Hermes' offerings. After trying several items, we found a perfect gift for my wife that she just adores. Ira handled the purchase perfectly.
Thanks to Ira's excellent customer service skills, I was able to have a pleasant shopping experience even in the airport terminal. Her warmth and product expertise made the Hermes boutique stand out. We will definitely return and recommend asking for Ira L.

What a pleasant surprise and visit! My girlfriend and I are loyal customers at Hermes, but usually all Sales Associates we have encountered in Italy are a little "arrogant". Yesterday we entered the Hermes Boutique at Malpensa Airport and Ms. Ira L. took care of us and it was fun, polite and the experience I expect at Hermes. After a bad experience in Milano store , I can say that here was totally different. Staff more than helpful and smiling. Trying to show you everything what they had . I hope one day the staff from Milano city centre will be the same like this store staff.

The lady working in store with glasses and short hair was very very attentive, she helped me and my sister get most of the stuff we had in mind last minute. I was in Milan flagship store earlier and was treated very badly. Much thanks to this Sales Associate.
