Mi è capitato di chiamarlo in seguito ad una perdita d'acqua proveniente da sotto la lavastoviglie (specifico che non capivo se la perdita fosse della tubatura o della lavastoviglie, ho chiamato apposta). Mi ha risposto la segretaria che "gentilmente" mi ha riso in faccia dicendomi che se il guasto proveniva dalla lavastoviglie dovevo chiamare il tecnico della lavastoviglie, non l'idraulico :) ho riagganciato per evitare di alterarmi quindi non posso valutare il servizio ma, di certo, posso suggerire una miglioria: cambiare segretaria che non è stata né simpatica né tantomeno d'aiuto :)
