We visited the store at the end of August and were surprised at how well equipped the small store is. However, our highlight was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Ariadna, who made our visit extremely enjoyable. Big thanks and greetings from Germany.

I dropped by late evening around 8pm just to take a look. Renata realised i was looking at a padded cardigan and came to explain all the colours and styles. She brought out 4 items similar to it, explained the materials with good product knowledge. She’s very helpful and friendly, and personable too! Speaks great English. They had 5 different padded cardigans all with my size! So the store has very good stock (unlike most airport boutiques). Usually L/XL is sold out even in flagship boutiques.
The tax is automatically deducted when leaving the EU, so instead of €600 it was €492. This is so much easier than buying in the city and queuing for tax refund.. Go and shop and ask for Renata!! Grazie per il aiuto Renata, a la prossima!!

The shop is really nice and the workers The same and Tamara Spirina she was súper charming in all the moments with us, really if i return there i will buy again. Thanks for everything 🥰🥰🥰

Excellent customer service

Sehr freundliche und tolle Beratung. Der Store ist gut sortiert und hat zudem viel vorrätig, was in den Läden in den Stadtzentren oft vergriffen ist. Obendrauf gibt es tatsächlich 20 % Steuererlass, sodass alle Produkte automatisch reduziert sind. Ein echt guter Deal.
