Die Beratung und das Einkaufserlebnis waren sehr schlecht. Touristen werden nicht auf gängige Tax Refund hingewiesen oder danach gefragt. Vom Personal wurden keine Bemühungen unternommen, um die Sprachbarriere zu überwinden, um besser mit dem Kunden kommunizieren zu können. Schliesslich wurde mir für einen Artikel ein falscher Preis auf Englisch (Sprachbarriere) kommuniziert. Beim Bezahlen wird kein Preis auf einem gut ersichtlichen Terminal angezeigt.
