Great service from these guys today. Bottom bracket bearings gave up at start of holiday. These guys managed to get the part and repaired it while I waited even though the shop was busy. Great service. Many thanks from the yellow Specialized Camber Evo rider 😀👍

These guys saved my holiday! I had some problems with my front wheel axle of my race bike. I stopped by and asked them for help. The first try didn't work, after an hour they phoned me that they had it fixed! Such a great service!

Really superb bike store. While being on holidays, I noticed a wrongly used spacer behind my cassette causing collision with the hub. Guys at the store helped swiftly and replaced the faulty spacer with an original one. And they even did it for free....
Quite a big problem solved within minutes.

Staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. This was the only shop in Peschiera we found that rented road bikes and also provided the cheapest rate. Would definitely come here again and recommend these guys for hiring , servicing, and purchasing road or mountain bikes. Workshop was clean and tidy.

I have recently purchased a Specialized Sirrus bike from a Germany based web retailer. Shortly after the bike had been delivered via DHL , the retailer told me that there had been a general recall due to an assembly error, without providing any further instructions. On its own website, Specialized suggested to contact a local authorized retailer to get the problem fixed. At this point I reached out to Alan at High Road, who was extremely helpful and fixed the problem at short notice at no charge. Thank you Alan and High Road, next time I will buy a bike directly from you.

Am Gardasee angekommen, ist bei der ersten Ausfahrt meine Gabel gebrochen. Nun war guter Rat und vor allem Hilfe nötig. Im ersten Geschäft wollte man mir gleich ein neues Rad andrehen und mit Hilfe unseres Vermieters der Ferienwohnung wurde ich auf Highroad Bike aufmerksam. Ein absoluter Glücksfall, wie es sich erwies. Selbst der Hersteller konnte keine Ersatzteile liefern. Innerhalb von zwei Tagen hat der Inhaber zusammen mit seinemTeam eine passende Gabel aus Carbon mit der perfekten Optik gefunden und verbaut. Der Preis war unschlagbar, die Bremsen gleich noch mitgemacht und der Laden ist auch ohne ein Problem am Rad ein Besuch wert. Absolute Empfehlung für alle Radbegeisterten im und um den Gardasee.

Sono arrivato a Peschiera per fare il giro del lago dimenticando in garage il perno della ruota posteriore. Nonostante il negozio fosse chiuso, ho chiamato, mi è venuto ad aprire e prestato la vite di fissaggio. Giro riuscito ✅
Questo significa che oltre ad essere un bel negozio, è gestito da gente appassionata, nel mio caso ha compreso quanto fosse indispensabile per poter trascorrere una giornata di divertimento in bici!

15 di Agosto. Ero in vacanza sul lago con la combinazione treno/bici pieghevole da Pisa, quindi per me, essenziale come mezzo di trasporto tra b&b e Lago.
Durante una pedalata mi si DISTRUGGE il cambio a 100 m da Highroad Bike.
Negozio nuovo di pacca ma con una storia 15ennale, super fornito per professionisti e non professionisti (come me).
Il personale SUPER cortese e preparato, e dopo una serie di proposte per aggiustare la bici, sono stati così GENTILI da farlo sul momento nonostante fossero le 19.20 di 15 Agosto.

Top Service, sehr freundlich. Die Sattelstütze an meinem Rennrad rutschte und hielt nicht mehr, der freundliche Mechaniker hat mir kostenlos Carbonpaste aufgetragen und die Stütze mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel fixiert, so konnte ich meine Runde um den Gardasee fortsetzen. Mile Grazie für den tollen Service!
