Bought my bike off them in person- they were super helpful, great communication, included a quick bike fit, and swapped saddles for free after I rode for a bit in the manufacturer's saddle and didn't like it. Great selection of Bianchi bikes!

I tried to leave a review through an official site however there was some glitch and feel compelled to leave a review. I purchased this bike online from USA and was hesitant (because you never know). The Cicli Mattio crew were super helpful, very responsive, eager to help with all of my questions and help with assembly. I 100% would not hesitate to purchase with them again, even from overseas. and I LOVE my bike

Writing this for others in the USA worried about buying a bike.

Ordered a bike that was listed at roughly four weeks out for shipping. Did the deposit. Got a message and email advising the bike was ready much earlier than expected. Pictures of the bike were available in the order online. Paid final amount and bike was shipped.

I didn't get a UPS tracking number for the bike, but the etap batteries were shipped separately and I did receive tracking on that. UPS ended up calling me, asking for a tax id number for US Customs. Once verified it was UPS and not a scam, I provided the required info and I received the tracking number. Later that day I saw the duty needed to be paid and I did that on UPS website. The brokerage charge was $12 USD and government's cut was right about 11%.

The bike was packed sufficiently for shipping. I took it to my local shop to finish the build and check it over.

Excellent experience with Ciclimattio! I bought a bike online from Singapore and it arrived within a matter of days. The shipping company slightly damaged the front brake and Ciclimattio immediately sent me a new one. I also had questions about the bike before purchasing and the sales team was immediately available over the phone and made the right recommendation.

Arrived with missing parts.
UPS says shipper has to raise claim for compensation.

I bought a Tacx Neo in the on-line store to be shipped to Texas, USA. Maurizio responded my emails really quick (always next morning), and was accurate with the estimate for delivery. The trainer got stucked in customs and FedEx contacted Cicli Mattio (that's what FedEx told me when I called that same morning). The item was cleared in less than two hours. Responsive, fast solution to custom request for information, and item arrived in immaculate condition. Now I'm enjoying my trainer. Never ordered internationally and this experience was better than I expected. I don't see how it could have been better. Thank you

Great experience with my recent Bianchi purchase on their website, different payement options, reasonable price. They send you photos once order is valid. I choose premium transport, my bike arrived in France 3 days later in a good quality boxe with protection.

I recently purchased a pair of NorthWave cycling shoes. They had a nice selection to choose from and their price was really competitive. When I asked them to add another small item to the order that hadn't shipped yet, they added it for free!

Ordered my Look 795 Blade RS, as an XL wasn't in stock anywhere in the UK and far better priced than any UK dealer. Delivery was all perfectly within the time promised and the service was excellent. I will be ordering again soon.

I ordered a new Cannondale from Cicli mattio, and I asked them to ship it internationally. They offered me a very good price including shipping charges. The only issue was that shipping took longer than usual due to some heavy traffic at the Milan postal hub (due to the holiday season) . But customer service kept in contact with me by email, and my calls were answered when I called by phone! At the end of the day I am happy with my bike and with the good deal that I got from them. I will deal with them again in the future. Special thanks to Davide for his gift, and to Michele for his good offer.

Very fast shipping! I ordered pedals (at a very good price) and they went from Italy to Calgary, Canada in 36 hours! I saved ~$100 over what I could get them for in Canada, even after import fees, etc. I'll be shopping there again!

I turn up out of the blue with a broken rear derailleur and two hours later it's functioning perfectly. My holiday has been saved because of this shop. I cannot express how grateful I am. My only complaint is that this shop is in Italy, but I live in the UK!
