I would personally like recognize your employee- Arianna Saviritti. While on holiday through Europe, I left a very important item in Munich, Germany. I was unsure how to get it sent home to the United States. But while I was in Como, Italy - I visited the local DHL office there and Arianna helped me navigate the shipping process. She seemed to really care about my problem and continued to personally watch out for my package throughout the shipping process. My package actually was at my house waiting for me when I got home. I am forever grateful for the superb service I received from Arianna and the DHL shipping company for helping me get my item back. Every shipping company needs a front line employee like Arianna that has compassion and understanding for a travelers predicament. Thank you again DHL and specifically, Arianna.

Great service and extremely flexible staff. As my bus to Como was running late, I called in and the team made everything possible to guarantee that my documents were received even though the shop was closed over lunchtime. I even got a personal delivery message of my package, when it had been delivered i the US.I felt like being attended in a small family business.

DHL was so helpful with returning my passport to me after it fell out of my bag and into a taxi. They took it upon themselves to contact me and made sure to send it to me quickly. I got it the next day with no hassles. I was able to pay online and the whole experience was very fast and simple. Thank you DHL!
