My business was excited to work with the Minardi brand - but we spent 950 euros only to receive our belts that were both non functional and wallets made out of plastic when we specified a different material. As the CFO of this brand I would like to avoid being rude to the company, threatening any action, or doing anything aside from non confrontational communication with the goal to find a positive and fair solution for our team as we all dedicate ourselves to this. Again- we would love to maintain a professional relationship with the brand, and they agreed to correct the products only to ghost us (not reply) for over a month - and still have yet to do so. I hate to assume this is a scam, but after losing 950 euros with no contact, we are disappointed and apprehensive about this outcome as we feel that we may have been scammed. If the brand can reach out to us via the email we contacted them through, we are seeking a resolution or refund at the very least. This has disappointed us severely as a new business excited to create a great relationship with Minardi, and we hope that Minardi can take accountability by finally getting back to us.

As a disappointed customer I would not recommend this brand to anyone - but will adjust my review if Minardi reaches out and negotiates a resolution with us. Until then, please be wary when working with this brand as we have lost a large amount of money without follow up and would hate to legitimately be scammed as a new and independent business full of passionate people who love this brand’s work.

Do not recommend, but hope Minardi can do the right thing and contact our CEO that they were in touch with as no one deserves to be treated this way and as a practiced CFO the last thing I want to do is drastically escalate this situation - with the goal to delete all members posts upon resolution.

Hope any new customers have read to avoid a similar situation, as well as Minardi as we feel we are owed a response and resolution at this point. Again - very dissatisfied and let down, it would be a shame to be scammed.
