Abbiamo scelto La Bottega del Buono per un buffet per festeggiare la fine dell'anno scolastico. Deborah, la titolare, ci ha aiutato creare il menù in base alle nostre esigenze e si è dimostrata attenta e scrupolosa nel formulare proposte per commensali con intolleranze alimentari.
I cibi tutti molto buoni. Pizze e focacce con impasto morbido e leggero, torte salate molto gustose e con ricche farciture, primi piatti apprezzatissimi anche dai bambini.
Mi sento di consigliare vivamente questa attività, sia per la qualità dei cibi che per la competenza e la disponibilità di chi la gestisce.
