Full Size Run

I have to relate an incident here at this store in Ortigia. I was on a day trip and all of a sudden my phone went into blind/deaf mode. I did not know how to turn it off.

Of course there were no phone stores that i could see. I looked into several stores, but didn't think they would be able to help me ... they were food establishments. I looked into this store and saw two young men and thought I am sure they would be able to help me. I do not know how to thank these young men. Language being a barrier, i explained what the problem was. He immediately got on his phone and translated instructions /directions into English. He fixed my dilemma.

I would recommend this store and these young men wholeheartedly. They had no reason to help me. They knew I was not a customer and yet they went out of their way to help me. If they do this to a non-paying customer, I can only imagine what they would do to satisfy a paying customer.

Best customer service. The way that business should be conducted.
