These people are great :D

They're the only reason I can sit on my Humanscale World chair at home in Denmark without my bank account balance being significantly lower. Not only they offer affordable and competitive prices, but they deal with the shipping from the USA, which is quite tricky for a private individual (I'm still shivering thinking about dealing with custom fees).

And if that weren't enough, the customer service was very professional, but still friendly. They assisted me with customizing my chair: at no extra cost, I could choose the color and I had the possibility to remove the armrests, with an adequate price reduction. But most importantly their help was indispensable to select the right casters (I'm still confused by the fact that "soft" floors need "hard" casters, and not the other way around). And once that was done, I received clear instructions about how to proceed with the purchase and precise information regarding shipping times.

Final assessment: 10/10 would heartily recommend!
