Got a Phone number here, Kind Staff.

Still being charged by Vodafone 5 months after returning to the states. I was assured the paperwork was complete and filed. My last payment was in January, however here we are in March and I’m still being charged. The worst.

I am still being charged 5 months after departing Italy back to the US. I was assured that everything was closed out and now I’m having to dispute charges on my credit card.

They are still charging my bank account after I closed the account. I PCSed back to the States. I paid off all pending charges and closed the account. I asked them if I was gonna end up having this very issue, and they looked annoyed that I would ask. They assured me I was not going to be charged for anything else. They lied.

The workers always have an attitude with the customers. It's very unprofessional and makes me uncomfortable. Not to mention they overcharge every customer that shops there, even though the phone companies themselves charge less.

Worse costumer service I have EVER received. It led to them arguing with me and telling me to “pay attention” they charged the guy behind me for HIS AND MY phone bill when I had already paid THEN didn’t want to resolve the issue so we both (total strangers to each other) met there to resolve the issue. (He had my phone number from the receipt).

If you don’t want to have a bad day then don’t go here. They’re all extremely rude in there. I couldn’t imagine being mad 24/7 like they are everyday.

* Getting a phone line here was iffy for me. They gave me a sim that didn't work for 2 days, didn't even help me set it up.
* This place is like a middle-man of sort since they speak Italian. I got my Wifi here (SKY) and they offer me multiple packages to choose from. I chose one of the high end ones, thinking it would be good to have higher speed. After waiting 2 weeks for the set-up, it didn't work. 1 more week for another tech to come and the wifi to finally work. Then the speed is at 25 Mbps, 1/8th of what I paid for. Then another month of opening a few tickets, them closing it without calling me to confirm things were fixed. They said my house is 'too far away' for it to get any higher than 25 Mbps. I live 5 minutes bike ride from the base. What then was the point of offering multiple packages when 25 Mbps was the end result? I felt cheated.

Terrible customer service. All of the individuals who work here should be fired. Frankly, Garrison should not allow any of this team to be handling soldiers banking info.

I have pcsd from this place and somehow they are still taking money out of my account. My services have been disconnected since May when I left. They will rob you do not shop here.

DONT GO HERE. GO THE KIOSKS IN THE MALL FOR INTERNET AND PHONE.

These people on base will 100% upsell you because you don’t know any better, and then they will not provide any customer service when your internet or cell phone service stops working. Avoid this place.
