I hope this does not go too long. Elena and Linda have been amazing every time I step foot into the store. I initially went in there to get some cpap stuff done and they informed me that I could get better equipment than what I had and walked me through every step of the process. Incredible help and amazing customer service.

Amazing customer service every time I go in. The employees are so willing to help out & ensure I get the products I need. Complete 180 from the quality of service from the clinic on base. Some of the nicest people I've encountered in Italy so far.

Awesome world class customer service. Helpful workers that are caring and there to assist which will help your breastfeeding journey extremely easy. They don’t stop helping with just supplies but can also assist you with the steps to get a replacement should your pump malfunction and stop working. Picking up milk bags were extremely convenient and easy. You’re literally in and out within minutes. Nice location and facility. They also sell other medical supplies should you need something such as braces etc. Thank you ladies so much for aiding my baby and I along our successful journey!

Elena and Linda have the absolute best customer service! I was greeted with a smile and warm spirits even though I walked in just as they were closing. I highly recommend checking them out for any of your medical supply needs! 🥰

The ladies of Janz Medical Supply are extremely helpful and go above and beyond making sure that I have all my supplies and I fully understand each item. They have been patience with me from the moment I enter and leave with a big smile on my face. They are also helpful on helping me with proper documents needed to get these items. JANZ on Caserma Carlo Ederle has excellent customer support! Everytime I came for an appointment, everything was thorough. The Employee was always helpful and had great job knowledge. Highly recommend!

JANZ has been an absolute Godsend for me and my family. They are conveniently located on Ederle so I do not have to drive off post to pick up supplies. I left parts of my breast pumps parts at home and have ran to the store to pick them up without skipping a beat.
We love Mrs Linda and Mrs Elena, they are practically like family. They have help me for over 1 years on my breastfeeding journey. I would trade them for the WORLD!! Mrs Linda was able to switch out my Elvie breast pump when it began to miss function. I highly recommend JANZ !!

Since this is on the post, there was a great ease of access. I was very happy that I was able to get all my medical supplies there, and the staff was very knowledgeable. I have since asked tricare to put all reservations that can be fulfilled by Janz to this store. Very impressed.

such sweet and accommodating staff! The two staffers, Elena and Linda, took the time to explain the supplies and the TriCare process to me so thoroughly. The supplies themselves are high quality and the kindness shown by the staff makes the experience that much better. 10/10 <3
