Just unprofessional, salty buying experience. I went 3 days ago, and they were so unfriendly and not supportive while I still went ahead and actually bought something. Even a few days later, it left a sour taste. Won't buy from this brand again and also won't wear the shorts. The brand seems to not care about customer experience, sad.

Really bad service. I went to exchange something I bought and they didn’t help me at all. Ignored when I asked why they don’t do refunds. They welcomed everyone else at the store while I was waiting. Don’t recommend at all.

Signorine sgarbate ed insofferenti. Recatami nel negozio appositamente da lontano, mi hanno negato il prodotto presente solo perché non caricato a computer. Credo che la disponibilità verso il cliente dovrebbe essere la priorità. Non ci entrerò più.
