What a great store! I'm living in Germany and ordered from them three times by now. Every time the order was shipped very quickly and the prices for my preorders were very fair. I will definitely keep ordering my figures form them.

Thanks to Japanworld.IT (it is important, note that Japanworld.fr is a different entity) for their responsiveness. I wanted to share my experience as I was worried about my package, but despite the chaos caused by the carrier, the customer service of the shop was very quick to reply and took my request seriously. Things ended up as I finally was able to sort things out with the carrier and received my items, well packed and in good conditions. So shoutout to them for their great service and amazing range of products !

Did not know about this store until 2023. Tried it out by ordering masterpiece transformers toy and service was great. Got info before shipping and also shipping was with great protection. Most important- the ordered item is excellent and I recommend this store. They only need to update site with extra filters for better browsing through multiple products.

Bought a product from this website and unfortunately took quite a bit longer then I expected to arrive (to no fault of Japan world). Being an Italian domain I was afraid that it was a false site and would email the staff about the status of my order quite often as I was worried why it had not been shipped and was taking so long. When my product did arrive it was extremely well packaged. The staff were very polite and patient in regards to answering all of my questions. Would definitely recommend

I have ordered thru this shop 7 or 8 times now. Super quick with delivery and items arrive carefully and safely packaged. I collect only "Sentinel" figures which are not the easiest to find in Europe and it is nice to see a shop that is stocked properly with them at fair prices. I hope it will stay like that :)

Finalmente ho avuto l' occasione di comprare un prodotto sul loro sito , in particolare una figure di Monster Hunter della serie Capcom figure builder creator's model . La figure è arrivata molto prima del previsto e le condizioni del prodotto erano perfette , imballaggio ottimo per proteggere il prodotto durante il viaggio . Consiglio vivamente il loro negozio in quanto i prodotti a tema Monster Hunter, per esperienza personale, non sono facilissimi da trovare da rivenditori italiani e la qualità del servizio offerto e i prezzi sono veramente ottimi rispetto alla concorrenza.
