Carpentari Bike Shop

We used Carpentari today to hire 4 e-bikes. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the value for money is fantastic. We had such a great ride over 50km and enjoyed it so much we might even hire them again. Thank you guys for all of your help, you helped us have such a brilliant day enjoying the km after km of cycle paths. We would definitely recommend you.

We have been living in Italy for a while now, so we try to spend our free time exploring this beautiful country. I had a few free days before the main holiday, and I decided why not take my son and go for a ride on the Riva del Garda.
Thanks to airbnb, we stayed in Torbole, and there we came across the Carpentari store. In fact, it was our first experience of riding a real mountain bike in the mountains. And we are glad that we chose this store.
I want to highlight a few things that make this place stand out.
First, it's the smile. It is very nice to be greeted with a smile. This is the place that warmed us up on that gloomy day :) We were a little confused and didn't ask the name of the lady who served us at the counter and in the shop. But we will definitely do it next time! We are very grateful for your recommendations and for the level of service.
Secondly, the quality of the bikes. We took basic models of mountain bikes, and they did not disappoint. Everything worked like a Swiss watch. The guy who gave them to us helped us adjust everything to our size.
Thirdly, the politeness again when we handed over the bikes. The same lady asked us where we were from and how it was that my son spoke fluent Italian. She asked how our day was going and where we were.
Thanks to this service, I want to go back there again as soon as possible. Next time, we have new paths in mind, and maybe we need to reconsider our clothes a little. And we are sure that Carpentari will help us with this :)

Fantastic bikeshop that is open in the off season. Got a bike ready while I waited and no problem to swap the brakes to moto/uk style. I had a 160mm Cube ebike, no problems and it was fitted with proper enduro tyres, important for the Garda area! I left the bike at the shop overnight and it was charged and washed ready to go the next morning. The best rental place in Torb!

Great bike shop with very knowledgeable staff that is very friendly and helpful. They also speak German and English. They have many rental bikes from road bikes to mountain bikes and hybrid bikes. They also have many electric bikes as well. The shop is el stocked with clothing. Their prices are reasonable and they are located off the main road right by the trail to the beach and the bike trail.

Every year we bike with 7 friends for 3-5 days. We had a fantastic experience with Carpentari. The people are very much focussed on assuring we had a fantastic experience. They are so friendly!! Very simple system to reserve online. We were able to switch bikes (for example e-bikes etc…). Further they organised a fantastic guide that assured we had a super experience. I can only advise Carpentari for a trip. We also loved Garda Lake, everything is about sport, relaxing and great food. Carpentari was a major ingredient of the success. 5-star top quality bike rental service in Torbole. I rented pinarello x3 road bike. The quality of the bike was quite good.

The prices are reasonable, I rented a bike in Spain also and the price was expensive there.

They also rent e-bikes. Highly recommended

Managed to hire two bikes from this shop even when they were closed and no one else would … which we greatly appreciated in January - great service !!

Last month we rent 2 mountainbikes and 1 electric cargo bike for kids so we could take our dog with us. The child seat was easy to remove and place back afterwards. It was really nice to take the dog with us and also the dog really enjoyed the ride! We went to Pietramurata and there were some steep uphill cycle paths and the e-cargo worked great with even a short 20% uphill in the lowest gear and max power.

This is the second year we have rented bikes at Carpentari. We rented bikes three times this week and also bought some new biking clothes. They have nice high quality Cube mountainbikes and Pinarello race bikes. The bikes are in great condition. The prices are fair. Andrea and all the other staff are really nice and because they are so nice, you will always want to come back to Carpentari. I would recommend renting bikes at Carpentari and I look forward to visiting them again next year. Ci vediamo l’anno prossimo ragazzi!

Great and quick bike service 🛠 after Italy Divide 🫶! Bikes work smooth again after an intense journey of rain, the mud party and lots of kms.

5-Star Bike Rental Experience at Carpentari. From the moment we stepped in, the staff welcomed us like if they were waiting for us. They were super kind, more than happy to help, and knew bikes like the back of their hand.

They were great listeners, helping us find the best bikes for our trails and the spots we wanted to hit. They even took the time to show us how to get the most out of their e-bikes. I mean, they explained it all so clearly and gave us some handy real-life examples about the bike's range - top marks for going the extra mile!

Renting the bikes was a breeze, no hoops to jump through or crazy forms to fill in. And, returning the bikes was just as straightforward. Just what you want when you're in holiday mode.

All in all, Carpentari is the bee's knees of bike rentals in Garda. If you're thinking about hitting the trails, make this your first stop - you won't regret it! Big thumbs up from us for being the best in the biz!

We used Carpentari Bike shop in June 2023 and the service there is top notch. The staff is dedicated and focused on renting out mainly new and well kept bikes and a delivering a great experience. Highly recommended.

Great service and kit. The staff were extremely helpful - recommending routes to watch the Giro, as well as tweaking the stem and saddle height to get the best fit. I’d definitely use them again if I’m ever back in Torbole
