Noel Holmes Hospital

Maternity ward. Both of my pregnancy experience was great, loved my nurses, never got no bad treatment, plus they look out for me and offer assistant when needed. And the food was great there. Even during my last pregnancy I got admitted about 3 months due to dehydration and treated good. Nurses would often check in on me, I never felt abondon. Before going I actually taught it was going to be more scary and worry some for me but eventually I was relax and felt at home. And I must say delivering my kids my mid wives were excellent, can't remember their names but both wasn't hard on me, they were patient but I don't think I have much trouble, I knew what to expect and I listen to them, I trusted them, and I wasn't afraid to asked questions or tell them things. I am really grateful

The staff and doctors were very professional on our visit. My daughter required stitches on the day we were to depart. They followed procedure, giving her a tetanus shot and stitched her up perfectly. No scaring. I have no complaints. They also didn't charge me.

I had a very positive experience two days ago with the Noel Holmes Hospital.I am an Italian national and my father was a surgeon so I have been surprised with a good attention from nurses and doctor.This doctor named Karel Mendez was the best doctor I see in Jamaica so far and I got all the treatment I needed and everyone was nice especially one nurse checking me when I was in observation.Thank You.

Jamaica health care services is by far the worst I've seen.. the staff are disrespectful and rude. The have no customer service.. always a day wait before u can get to see a doctor then when u see the doctor you have to wait again.. and if you have a family member in the hospital and u are trying to call the hospital to find out stuff, u will never get them to answer the phone.. the worst. And its nasty

Staff abrupt and rude no communication skills, i am a nurse from England and i was appalled by the staff attitude, a Asian nurse was polite..but when you see staff sleeping whilst on shift is shocking..i dont ever want to cared for in there..a Hell Hole..a big shame really..
