DONT WORK IN THE MEDICAL SYSTEM IF YOU DNT WANT TO, ALL YALL DOING IS MAKING PEOPLES LIFE MISERABLE BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE. My God!!!!!

If I could give 0 star I would. It’s so sad that nobody forced these people into the position that they are working in, yet they are so bitter to customers even when you are nice to them. I call to inquire about some immunization records. I’m not in the country I left the information she asked me for , the lady said call back at 12 noon. I called back and some lady was so hostile. She doesn’t know who told me to call back and she can’t speak to me now she is with a client, I need to come in. I tried to explain to her that I’m not in the country and the lady said she can’t deal with me now and immunizations and me not being in the country, I need to come in and proceeded to hang up the phone in my ear. They are so unprofessional!!! Jamaica’s system is failing failing failing!!! These people (not all) need to be checked before given a job.

The workers at the clinic is so unprofessional .4 years now and nothing changed about their behavior. they need to be trained to give better customer service to patients. not because its a free clinic. attitude stinks.
