Real Jamaica Cottages

It's a really nice place. The yard is like a bush, and it has a wooden deck just beside the sea, especially for relaxing after a long day.
The accommodation was done with a really good taste, comfortable and with all to prepare your own food. The staff is awesome.
Highly recommended.

One of the most magical places I have ever stayed at ♥ I would move there if I could! The cottages are just beautiful wooden castles in a jamaican forest next to the most magical cliffs of Jamaica! If you don't at least stay a night here you miss out big time!!!!!!❤❤ and the host are the most loving and humble people I have ever met! Big bless to you beautiful souls 🇯🇲♥💛💚

The name says it all. This place captues the spirit, magic and island culture and charm that is indeed the real Jamaica! It's rustic, yet comfortable, it's got all you need, simple, very comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Papa Curvin the owner and host is a true elder - wise, caring and strong. Though there isn't a beach access on property, you won't miss it- the deck over the ocean is majestic and gives you the full power of the beautiful Carribean Sea. You can also get home cooked fully traditional fare for your meals. If you love the local flow when traveling to another country, this is one of THE spots in Jamaica.

It was great to stay for 3 weeks by curvin, joana, grace and all the other lovely people.

Real comfortable

Wir waren 11 Nächte hier in Real Jamaika und danken Papa Curvin, Joana und Grace für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Nachdem wir sechs Tage selbstständig die Insel umrundet hatten genossen wir die Ruhe im gemütlichen Artist House. Wir empfehlen euch einen Mietwagen zu nutzen um die Umgebung vom Haus erkunden zu können. Fußläufig ist alles doch recht weit entfernt. Gerade bei den Temperaturen die auf Jamaika herrschen können. Besonders schön fanden wir es am Marleys Place, wo das Wasser so wunderschön leuchtet und der Strand Übersichtlich, klein und man ausnahmslos nur das Meer hörte. Am kostenlosen Sogar Pot kann man sich prima im Meer erfrischen und dann an der bar relaxen. Wenn man möchte bekommt man auch ein sehr gutes Essen zubereitet. Im Dunn's River Fall fanden wir es dann etwas zu viel des Guten. Die Touristen können dort Händchen haltend einen Wasserfall hochklettern, bzw. -laufen. Es bleibt für uns unverständlich, warum man dies für viel Geld tun sollte. Bamboo Beach umd James Bond Beach sind ebenfalls recht hübsch : -). Curvins Hunde ( Die Olsonbande) können unheimlich niedlich gucken und sie haben uns auch jeden morgen aufs Sonnendeck zur Gymnastik begleitet, aber Nachts können Sie einem auch oft den Schlaf rauben, wie auch alle anderen Nachbarshunde. ( Oropax sind hilfreich) John Crows Tavern in Ocho Rios ist noch zu empfehlen. Für uns gab es dort die besten Cocktails ( der Bob Marley) gutes Essen und Leute gucken. An der Tankstelle hier im Ort gibt es gutes Eis. Versucht mal , zwei verschiedene Kugeln Eis in einem Becher zu bestellen. Wir wünschen allen eine wunderbare Zeit auf Jamaik.

Traumhafter Ort der Ruhe. Real jamaica must see!!! Papa Curvin ist ein original und zeigt Besuchern gerne sein Real Jamaica. Toller Ort mit tollen Menschen.
