Great customer service

A young lady assisted me when I went in. She was the only staff member at the front of the store however, she assisted all three customers and offered great service.
I visited for the binding of a document . My wait time was 15 mins and it was done well.

I find their service very effective. They have very conviente means of conducting business. They use whatsapp to reach their customers. They custom make alot of their products like certificates and logos. They reply to you very fast.

Very poor service. I was told my product would be available in 1 day at a certain time and it was not fulfilled. I was even told no refund is possible.

Very unprofessional and inexperienced staff..was a total waste of my time there and still did not get the service I wanted.
