Words cannot express how incredibly grateful we are for the exceptional experience Mel and Marsha provided for our family in Montego Bay. From the moment we arrived at Mel’ clean and comfortable home, with its breathtaking views of the bay, we felt welcomed and truly cared for.

Mel’s willingness to go the extra mile for us truly exceeded all expectations. Their assistance with running errands and grocery trips made our stay significantly more convenient and enjoyable. Having them as our personal tour guides was an absolute delight. Exploring the hidden gems of Montego Bay with your local knowledge and insightful historical context added a whole new dimension to our vacation. Their willingness to drive us around, even venturing beyond the usual tourist spots, allowed us to experience the authentic spirit of the island.

Beyond sightseeing, Mel’s personal touches made our trip truly unforgettable. Whether it was bringing us fresh sugarcane, green coconuts, exotic fruits from his yard, or taking our teenagers for a fun night out at the Hip Strip, they consistently went above and beyond to make our time in Jamaica special. They made us feel more like guests in their home than just tourists in a rental property.

We highly recommend this rental home and exceptional hospitality to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Jamaica.

This is the best place to stay in Jamaica to get the best value for your dollar. They have everything that you need on site and if they don't have what u are looking for on site Mel will just make it a phone call away. Through out the years I have so many great memories here. Truly amazing place and great attentive people. I highly recommend this place to people of all ages. Cause they got something for everybody. I really really love this place. I wish I could make it my home. So don't hesitate to book

I don't normally write reviews but my experience at here was so refreshingly different to other villas that I felt the need to inform potential guests of why this was so special!

Property/Location: first and foremost the villa is positioned close enough to Montego Bay for you to get the full tourist experience but tucked away enough to get peace and tranquility where the neighboring plots are all at least an acre in size. The ocean views are most definitely the best I've experienced in the whole of Jamaica! Which you can take in from the outdoor seating/bar area where we had most of our breakfasts and dinners. You can literally see planes fly in and out on Montego Bay airport without being disturbed by the sound of them! Good sized pool, fruit trees, (Mel chopped down some fresh coconuts whilst we were there to drink!) play space for the kids and good size bedrooms with Aircon in each of them.

Maid and cook service: Anna was the maid and cook, but honestly felt like part of the family as she was courteous, friendly and had a great energy always making us feel comfortable in asking for anything! Anna catered to the varying and individual needs of each family member and quite quickly got to learn and accommodate our dietary requirements and preferences. We chose to have the in-house cook service for the majority of the stay! Though we had initially planned to eat out and experience Jamaican restaurants more than we did, we couldn't resist the Windfall Villa views from the outdoor covered eating area and the personalised cook service that we received! We chose what we wanted the day before, and shopping was done by Anna and Mel and meals served at times of our choice! Towels were refreshed regularly, pool cleaned and rooms attended to. We were treated like Kings and Queens!

Owner and service: Mel was at hand from airport transport, to giving us unbiased advice on where to go and what to do. It was comforting to be able to speak with him in person for requests, or queries we had throughout our stay. Mels priority was that we had a great experience. We held an event at the villa where Mel brang over a supply of ice cubes as we forgot to get them! The event was a success as our 30+ guests enjoyed the surroundings and good music with us.

Summary: Great value, fantastic views! Personable and welcoming staff. Get the "looked after" feel of a hotel but also the "home away from home" feel with the private gated villa. Overall great experience and would return! See you soon.!

My group’s first impression when Mel and his father arrived at the airport set the premise for the remainder of the trip. They were so warm and welcoming and treated us as if we had known each other all of our lives.

When we arrived to the house, they gave us the “red carpet treatment”. Mel checked on us every morning and throughout the day to make sure that we were comfortable. To say that he catered to our needs is an understatement. Whatever questions or needs we had, Mel was accessible. One doesn’t need to read that providing excellent customer service is a part of the Windfall Villas mission statement. Mel and his team truly “show you better than they can tell you”. If you feel that the photos on the profile are breathtaking, wait until you see it for yourself. What you will experience is truly the depiction of paradise and an oasis. The villa definitely exceeded the group's expectations.

If you are looking for authentic Jamaican cuisine, ask Mel about coordinating meals for you and your group. It is a minor additional cost, but you would be doing yourself a disservice to pass it up. No fake here mon…. Mel made sure that we had only authentic Jamaican cuisine for each meal.

Mel gave my group the opportunity to truly experience authentic Jamaican culture, with a mix of outings to touristy areas and also to places where only locals can be found. We felt extremely safe the entire time in his hands. My group has already started planning travel to return to the Windfall Villas and has also spread the word to other family members and friends as well. We look forward to staying at the Windfall Villas again.

Overall, Mel and his team went above and beyond with the customer service they provided; they were extremely kind and attentive. It was indeed an authentic Jamaican cultural experience that felt like home away from home. Windfall Villas is highly recommended for any business or holiday traveler, families or corporate groups, or those seeking a romantic getaway. Mel definitely feels like a family member, not just a Host. Thank you again Mel! :)

We enjoyed a girl's trip for 8 days and 7 nights stay at this beautiful cliff side home. The views are breathtaking, the location is exclusive and the owners and staff are phenomenal. This property is just right for anyone looking to indulge themselves in the beauty of the land and have privacy with the benefits of a hotel. The property is spacious and well kept. It could use a few cosmetic tweaks but, everything is well maintained.

Monique the housekeeper and cook is phenomenal. She is very helpful, funny and great at her job. While you are here be sure to have Monique cook for you. Her meals are better than any restaurant around. Everything melts in your mouth and teases all if your senses. Don't miss a great opportunity. I wish we could take her with us.

Mel the owner has the ability to make you feel like family. Mel has been the most flexible, patient, accommodating and all around great guy. When you arrive ask him for a cup of his famous fresh pressed coffee.
We had a few hiccups in our plans and Mel saved the day. We truly appreciate him for being a great host, a trusty driver, a problem solver and an all around great guy.

Mel and his father were very hospitable. It was like home away from home at this villa. Breakfast and dinner done well and Mel takes you to where ever you want to go on the island. I've recommended several friends and coworkers to this villa and recommend it to anyone else who wants to feel the comfort and experience I had.

Great setting. Nice and quiet surroundings with a grand view of the Caribbean sea. The operator, Mel Chambers, pays attention to detail accommodating to his guests desire(s).

The grounds are warm,welcoming and cozy. Staff is excellent. Experience the conveniences of a large resort, minus the large crowd(s).

I DEFINITELY recommend this lodging to anyone/everyone looking for the true Jamaica experience.

So enjoyed staying at Windfall Villas!!!! If you are looking for a relaxing private spot away from the normal resort areas, where the service is excellent, breathtaking ocean and city view, clean environment and great meals, then you should really consider Windfall Villas. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The view is to die for. Located on Tamarind Hill, Hanover. A unique set up which I believe you can access on air bnb. Not Windfall Villas but Springville but the previous name could have been Windfall.

Home away from home. Friendly staff and Mel is a great host. Thanks again to everyone at Windfall Villas.
