The wellness retreat was the most amazing experience. I didn’t know what to expect going in and I was completely blown away. The time we all spent together was so special and while I was there with my mum and friends there were also those I hadn’t known so well or at all before I went. The time we had together was so special and we were truly able to disconnect from the everyday and be so present in the moment we were in.

The villa is beautiful with the most kind and wonderful staff looking after you. The food was delicious and gave me the energy I needed for all the exercise we did. Yoga every morning was so amazing, I felt strong and relaxed after our sessions. Jamaican dancercise was full of laughter and energy and actually made exercise fun!! We had wonderful massages and a sound healing session which was an experience like no other where I felt truly relaxed.

I would recommend this wellness retreat to anyone considering it. It was an amazing experience I will truly never forget.

This was the most unbelievable experience and trip from start to finish. “Wellness” really is the right word for it, you come back feeling revived, rejuvenated and grateful to have had such a privilege to take home a part of Jamaica in your heart.
The stay was very comfortable, with everything you need just taken care of. From the bedrooms, terrace seating to dining on the veranda while watching over the beautiful sea view. The pool and beach are exactly as you would imagine a postcard picture would be!
I have never participated in yoga before and after having experienced sessions with the yoga coordinator Danielle, I can honestly say I am converted. I will definitely be continuing this practice back in London.
This really was a perfect retreat and I would not hesitate to go back. It’s the kind of place you would never tire of.

I was truly blessed to spend a blissful 5 days at a restorative yoga/wellness retreat at the very charming Villa Paradiso. I, along with an extraordinary group of women were looked after by the lovely, capable team which included a fitness/wellness team, a chef and the villa staff who all went out of their way to make our stay special. We loved that the retreat also captured the magic and culture of Jamaica through the delicious food and activities, some planned and some surprises. The covered outdoor space with super comfortable furniture overlooked the palm covered pool area and glorious beach. It was a fantastic gathering space both day and evening. I can’t wait to return and hope it is sooner rather than later.

I came to the retreat with my daughter, not really knowing what to expect and what would be expected of me. Having had a number of surgeries in the last two years I was needing to unwind mentally and get stronger physically. Living in London and having grown up by the beach in Sydney I knew that coming to Villa Paradiso would be a good place to start. I loved the physical challenge and mental release of the yoga every morning. While I have practiced Yoga before it was the first time I felt that it clicked for me and the feeling this physical achievement was a real boost. The Sound Healing, massage, limited phone use and of course swimming in the beach all helped to calm and relax. As a group we didn’t all know each other and by the end the bond we created will always be a strong one. We shared so many laughs especially over the delicious meals that were prepared for us and during our Jamaican Dance-exercise classes! We were guided by Randy and his excellent team in wellbeing and every other need was looked after by Janice and her team at the beautiful and stately Villa Paradiso. All of the staff were professional and put us first. I would love to be there right now but have fabulous memories to recall forever.

Arrived with a group of fairly stressed out professional women. Leaving Villa Paradiso feeling like I have had a month’s break and shared experience with a wonderful group of new friends. The well being retreat lived up to every promise and surpassed all expectations. From the beautiful surroundings, to the magnificent staff in the house who looked after our every need (before it was a need!) to the wellbeing team who stretched, danced and massaged us to a place of inner calm and gratitude. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

What an experience, a wellness retreat quite literally in paradise. The welcome on arrival by the villa staff who are the kindest team you can imagine and the wellness crew, Danielle our yogi… who guided us each morning through some of the best classes I’ve ever attended and junior our dancersize instructor, who took us on such a fun journey of Jamaican dance moves, on the stunning beach each afternoon, as we exercised, giggled and watched the sun go down. We ate 3 tasty locally sourced healthy meals a day and enjoyed the exceptionally good company of like minded guests each evening. A massage during our stay was a magical bonus, at the strong hands of Randy. However the finale is something I have been dreaming of ever since, a sound bath by Sheree - a beautiful woman who led us into a meditation experience that left us floating on air. Thank you Villa Paradiso for the best tonic ever, you can’t beat the location right on the white sandy beach, you can’t match the experience, comfort, delicacies and the invitation to switch off - recharge and have an unforgettable trip of a lifetime. I’ll be back!

An Escape to a Five Star Paradise in Jamaica

Nestled along the tranquil shores of Ocho Rios in Jamaica, this villa retreat is a sanctuary for the soul.

The daily routine began with yoga sessions at dawn and late afternoon we had an energizing dancercise leaving us feeling really invigorated.
In between we sat on the private beach, swam in the Caribbean Sea, indulged in a relaxing massage and experienced a sound bath that melted away any tension we had from our busy lives in London.

The villa sleeps 18 and nearly all the rooms look out to sea. There are five lovely members of staff, who couldn’t do enough for us including a dedicated chef, who served authentic Jamaican food at every meal.

Outside, there was a gorgeous pool and a stunning private beach. From the breathtaking surroundings to the impeccable service, every aspect of this retreat was perfect.

Pure heaven. I have never experienced anything quite so beautiful in my life. I am so grateful for such a magical experience. I literally had to keep pinching myself to believe it was real. I was blessed to be part of a group of 11 strong, fantastic women- many who I didn't know before but hope to know forever now. Our group experience was so incredible. Villa paradiso is paradise and the wellbeing retreat was so well planned and delivered jumped out of bed eagerly to start every morning with a swim or a run. The yoga sessions were a fantastic mix of gentle, invigorating and spiritual. All led by Danielle who has a magical aura. The dancercise was a great way to get moving and no better place to do it than on the beach looking out in awe at the stunning sea. The massage was a heavenly bonus. The sound bath- no words words!!! The food was tasty, healthy and nourishing. All in all, the 5 says felt like a lifetime and anyone that has the opportunity to go is so lucky and is receiving a true gift. I have left feeling nourished to my soul and thoroughly grateful that I will always hold some villa paradiso with me with a smile. My happy place.

We stayed at Villa Paradiso for just over a week and had our wedding there. We could not fault our stay! The staff are excellent - extremely helpful and friendly. The food was absolutely fantastic - Chef Damian did a great job! Thanks to all the staff - Jenice, Jermaine, Michael, Nicole & Chef. We hope to be back soon!

I stayed at this villa August 24-29. It was 12 of us and let me tell you it was amazing the entire stay. The staff is absolutely the best. I will like to take this time out to express my gratitude to the whole staff. We appreciate everything from the chief to the laundry everything was taken care of with 0 issues. Paradise only scratches the surface of this amazing place. Our large group was able to unplug, relax and soak up the sun during our stay. The staff is incredible and attentive- bringing food and drinks to anyone who needed as well as providing great recommendations for excursions. Our kids had a blast running around on the grass and sand and swimming in the pool and ocean.... the adults lounged for hours... what more could you ask for?!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Jenice is nothing short but amazing as was everyone. I pray to have the opportunity to stay here again! 🥰

Oh my goodness! Where do I even begin? What an incredible home with an incredible staff and chef! I didn't want to leave. The amenities and access to the beach are worth every penny. You'll walk through the door of Villa Paradiso and lose all worries or cares and just feel immediate relaxation. The house has everything you need but if you want to explore Ocho Rios, there's also great excursions nearby. Can't wait to be back!

VP is absolutely gorgeous, perfectly laid out, and really just exquisite. The grounds, the Villa, the magical views from the bedrooms, the terrace where we took all of our meals ( 17 of us, 9 adults and 8 children, ages 8 to 12), the pool, the pavilion where we had 2 days of massages, and of course the beach and its easy access were beautiful and perfect.
But what really made all those perfect amenities come to life was the wonderful staff. From the time we were met at the airport in Montego Bay until the time we were dropped back off for our sad flight home, the STAFF could not have been more warm and welcoming, friendly, professional, helpful, and fun. All of the meals were delicious, on time and plentiful. Our various and particular needs and desires regarding the menus were all met and the scheduling and content of our meals was flexible and accommodating.
The entire staff were superb, very solicitous of our wants and needs, and extremely warm and friendly. We could not have been better taken care of, as the staff were constantly checking to see what we might need and pampering us with warmth and friendliness. Our rooms and the Villa were kept cleaned up and spotless, and we were continually kept in fresh clean clothes and turned down beds. The over all service was superb, both at meal time and in between, particularly in regard to keeping us in cold, delightful, and stimulating beverages. At our request they even arranged for us to have a reggae band play at the Villa on Thanksgiving evening! Perhaps the best way to describe the staff is to say that when we left, we all felt like we were leaving family.
We highly recommend Villa Paradiso! There could not be a better place for us to have celebrated 5 November birthdays and a 50th anniversary! We will definitely be back!

Our vacation at Villa Paradiso was the best! It had everything we could want and more.

Villa Paradiso is perfectly situated right off the beach outside of Ochos Rios on a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. The house itself has everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were all very generous and well appointed each with it’s own bathroom. Our bedroom had the most beautiful view of the ocean -- what a great way to wake up everyday to the sound of the ocean and sight of the beach, which is directly off the house. There are many other relaxing spots to hang out, either by the pool, the beach, the veranda or in the house. There is a workout room, a quiet gazebo to sit and read while watching the waves.

The house was kept impeccably clean, which was very comforting especially considering the pandemic. Everyone who works at Villa Paradiso is very friendly, kind, helpful and keeps things looking good. The food was amazing! My kids ate things they would never eat at home. Chef Patrick is a master creating delicious meals featuring local cuisine in addition to preparing meals that are more familiar to what we eat at home.

For our family, it was the most indulgent and luxurious vacation we have ever taken. From having a driver transport us to and from the airport and take us wherever we wanted to go, having our laundry done for us daily, having all our incredible meals prepared for us and having access to any activity we could want to do at the pool and the beach, what more could we want?

Villa Paradiso provided my family and I with an experience we will never forget! This amazing villa is located on a very quiet an beautiful beach that is private for us to use. We were greeted by the amazing safe with cool towels, tasty drinks, and amazing service. The entire staff truly is what sets this villa apart. They were all attentive and extremely helpful and the chef kept our belly’s full and happy!!! Chef even gave us cooking lessons. Marie and Nicola made sure our rooms were sparkling clean and that we had ever resource needed in Jamaica from transportation, events and excursion options, and even our Covid tests. We were able to host our wedding at this beautiful villa during our stay and the staff even decorated my husband and Is suite. My family and I will def be back. Villa Paradiso is a little slice of heaven on earth!

What an amazing place! We joined our friends at Villa Paradiso for spring break and I only wish we could have stayed longer. The property is huge with lots of room for our group of 15 to spread out. With the pool and beautiful beach just steps away, there's no reason to leave the property if you don't want to.

The main house and two cottages are very well appointed and maintained, and the staff is very friendly and professional. We also loved the food prepared by Chef Patrick.

Staying at Villa Paradiso is like being at your very own private and secluded resort, yet you are only a 5 minute walk down the beach from the action of the Riu resort, boat and jet ski rentals, etc.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Paradiso in early April 2021! The property is gorgeous and very comfortable. It was so relaxing, peaceful, and wonderful to be there. The chef, Patrick, prepared delicious meals, and sitting at the large table outside enjoying fantastic food while looking out at the beautiful view was a total highlight! The staff kept the house very clean and even did our laundry every day, which was much appreciated.

The property has it all - nice and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious areas inside and outside to lounge and hang out, a great pool with many lounge chairs, and a beautiful wide beach with more lounge chairs and even kayaks. There is even an air conditioned gym with workout equipment. This property has everything you need for an excellent vacation.

The house is perfect for an extended family or for multiple families. We were four families (with adults and teenagers), and there was plenty of space for everyone. We all had so much fun!

It was our first trip since Covid, and we felt completely safe. The staff followed all Covid safety protocols, and Jamaica itself felt very safe. The bus driver, Ronnie, was also terrific! He made getting to/from the airport easy and comfortable, and he was also a great tour guide.

Overall, I highly recommend Villa Paradiso. We will definitely be going back!

I can't say enough about VP. To begin with, the staff is incredible from Ronnie (the van driver) to Jermaine (waiter extraordinaire), to chef and the rest of the team. Welcoming, friendly, jovial, professional, and often unseen. The buildings and grounds are immaculately maintained and the property provides a wonderful sense of relaxing ease at all times. The food, in particular, was fantastic! From fresh made jerk chicken, salt fish and ackee, fresh fruit salad each morning, eggs to order (and cooked to perfection), bbq lobster (and lobster omelets for breakfast the next morning), bread fruit, fresh island bananas (and banana daiquiris!), everything was pitch perfect. The beach is beautiful and the neighborhood is protected and safe. Jamaican people are warm and welcoming and the island is a true tropical paradise. Get a big group of friends or family together and do yourself a favor and visit Villa Paradiso. It will be the trip of a lifetime and you will build memories that will never be forgotten!

It made to make a very memorable experience will definitely be coming back. This place is right next to the hotel riu, that makes it very easy to find and it's gated and gaurded 24/7
