Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to let you know how pleased I was of the service of your staff, two weeks ago. Especially, Ms Janet Dockett, the telephonist and the security that was outside the main door.
The security lady was compassionate to give me her seat. She could see that I was not in a good position to stand for long.
I was dead poorly and I could not speak or walk properly. I was amazed by Ms Dockett who could not hear me properly. She realised that I was not speaking clearly and she came out of her office to come and hear me speak.
It was encouraging to know that you have loyal staff that care. Who take the time and patients to put customers at ease. Ms Dockett was efficient in her role; she was aware that I had no water for months and dealt with the matter with great urgency. She kept in contact with me consistently so that water was delivered. This gave me a piece of mind because it meant that I did not have to keep bothering people to get water from the valley.
Please say thank you to the delivery man and his workers that delivered the water to my accommodation.
Please pass this message on to all your staff and let them know how it is important to care for the customers they come in contact with on a daily basis.
Also, say thank you to the staff at Port Antonio, Portland.

Total dissatisfaction, I live in Buff Bay and every night the water turn off and now as I speak at 9:40 am, I still don't have any water, I wonder if we shouldn't be any

I am tired of not having water, Jesus how many times you and Jps will stop the Tom foolery and make paying civilians use the stuff they pay for?
